Best Western Plus Jefferson

Excellent clean hotel, great service, great breakfast. There were homemade Breakfast burritos that were very tasty. Coffee was good and to go cups were provided.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms and hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included and free parking. We would stay again.

We have stayed here several times the past few years. Usually have had a decent or pleasant experience. Usually the same staff member would check us in each time and it was nice to see a familiar face upon arrival. We never really had any issues with the room in the past. Stayed for an overnight recently. Was not the best experience. In the morning we discovered an open snack chips bag under the bed skirt. It was a bit hard to fall asleep that night since we could hear the music they play on a speaker mounted on the building broadcasting to the parking lot. Smudges on a light switch plate. Large crowd for breakfast (tour bus contributed to that.) They were constantly running out of a few things and not quickly replenishing. Heater in our room didn't work. We heard from someone that they are under new management. Hopefully new management can make the changes they need to make to keep it as good as it was. Not sure this will be our go to place again when in the area.

One of the cleanest rooms I ever had

The breakfast was super disappointing. Bring back the old coffee machine; the drip coffee and expired creamers were bad. I chose to stay here just for the foamy coffee. There were no plates out at breakfast time and it took forever for more food to come out. The cereal was a mess, and the yogurt machine doesn't keep the yogurt fresh. Go back to the old way of doing it. Awful staff in the morning and super disappointing breakfast.

This is a lovey hotel and very convenient for our event nearby.

Great room. Good in-room amenities. Super convenient to the festival venue. Never made it to the pool, but it did look inviting. Fridge died on day 3, but they had someone in to look at it within 15 minutes, and it was fixed and running by the time we returned to the room. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

It is a nice hotel. Only complaint was pool way to cold and not all exercise equipment worked.

Friendly incompetent staff, unclean rooms, poor breakfast.
We have stayed in this hotel many times since it opened. This is the first disappointing stay we have had here. In the past I gave this hotel high praises. NOT THIS TIME!

The building and grounds were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold choices. All around an excellent stay.

This hotel looked and felt brand new, and was the lowest-priced hotel (of 7) on our ten-day road trip. It was an excellent place to recharge along our way.

First room was not cleaned. Bed unmade, dirty towels on the floor, trash in the room.
Second room floors were dirty & sticky. I went out and bought stuff to clean the floors.

Very nice and professional staff. The location doesn't have anything you can walk to other than the BP and A&W next to it.

Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth the money!
