Convenient stay for race day
Pros:

There were multiple parking lots but I was able to snag a parking spot right up front without too much trouble. Walking in, the lobby was cozy and welcoming. The staff was friendly, prompt and courteous. It is an older building and the rooms show their age but I loved the ocean view and there was plenty of signage telling accident prone individuals, like myself, about the high threshold leading onto the balcony. The room was very clean. The hotel was in a very convenient location near the start of the Anthem 8k so I didn't have too far of a walk. I felt safe traveling by myself which is a huge plus for me.

Cons:

The bed was a bit creaky and the walls are thin (that can't be helped though). I was visiting for the Shamrock 8k and was told that checkout was at 11 so, although I had my bags packed in my car to be ready to go, my plan was to get a quick shower and change before I left. When I arrived back at my room around 10, the lock has already been changed (I'm guessing because the room had been serviced for the next guest). It's a busy weekend and I get it but it sucked to have to drive 3+ hours home in stinky running gear. Next time, I'll leave a do not disturb sign on the door or a note I guess.

Okay but not worth the money
Pros:

Good location to the beach staff was nice

Cons:

Pool hours are garbage dosent open until 11am and checkouts at 11am plus the “heated pool” wasent very heated and they didn’t supply towels in the pool room
For spa tub in the room jets were underwhelming and water didn’t get very hot

Pros:

The balcony view, the location and having a kitchenette

Cons:

It did not have free breakfast, the beds made noise when someone would get in or out of bed, we had to pay $20 per day for our 2nd vehicle during off season when there were plenty of spots.

We had a great time!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive! The heated pool was a lot of fun and maintained well.
The rooms were very clean, and although small the bathroom was well kept and in working order. The heat/AC in the room worked great! And the TV had a good channel selection!

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was pretty small but for the price and length of our stay it was nothing to really complain about!
