Cons:

Hair stuck in the bottom of the tub from prior occupant, handle out on outside, sliding door, broken, sharp metal cut my hand twice and my granddaughter‘s hand, see the photo. Bathroom door won’t lock most of the time fridge, broken drawer and shelf on the door broken, phone and blow dryer don’t work., Only one tiny lamp and the entire living room worked, receptacles, broken, horrible Wi-Fi reception down most of the time or lagging
Our room was not cleaned one time and yet they charged me $50 for cleaning because of trash that I couldn’t take down and soiled towels.
All three mattresses were on metal base constantly slipping off, and we knocked our legs on them many times.
Overall, the room was old, stale, stained, neglected maintenance

The perfect stay.
Pros:

This is the best hotel in town. Central location, affordable rates, great rooms (all ocean front view) and the best restaurant on the boardwalk.
