Great location otherwise each
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I requested an early ceckin.

Cons:

The room was pretty cold when I first arrived, but a quick adjustment of the thermostat fixed it alright up.

I would recommend that housekeeping not set it so low when turning over rooms

But t was more an inconvenience rather than something I didn't like.

They treated my family like family!!!

Worse than we expected
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the resturants was really good. The location is in a good area within walking distance of everything we needed.

Cons:

The hotel is antiquated. The bed was awful. The mattress is so flimsy it moves when you lean against the bed. It was larger than the frame and uncomfortable to sleep on. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out the next day and went to another hotel. We couldn't sleep there another night. We had a first floor oceanfront room with a patio. We were expecting to be able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the ocean and boardwalk. Unfortunately the bushes were too tall and couldn't see over it. So we didn't get what we paid for. Its oceanfront, but not oceanview unless you stand the entire time.
