The perfect beach experience.
Pros:

Best hotel on the ocean front. Stayed at several different ones for the first few years visiting there before I found The Capes. I just finished year 7 of staying there and won't go anywhere else. Staff is friendly, location is perfect (center of the boardwalk), rooms are comfortable and perfect sized, view is breathtaking and the restaurant is the BEST!

Cons:

I don't like having to leave each year. I count down the days until I get to go back.

Not coming back
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but the fruit was definitely leftover from a few days ago.

Cons:

I did not like the broken knob in the refrigerator that I could not adjust the temperature, there was black mold around the shower head, there was a patch of black mold in the ceiling over the bath tub that looked like a bad patch job, I did no like the fact the bathtub was very slippery and was told to put down a towel in the trunk to prevent slipping.

Ok stay for the closeness of the beach

The smoke alarm went off at 5 am for no reason and look for we to get it off.. also the sliding glass doer leaked all over the floor when it rained

Good fit for a one night stop.
Pros:

Elevators were quick, very little wait. Good value for beach front location. Quiet and clean.

Cons:

Indoor restaurant seating is sparse. Poor weather kept us from eating in the outdoor seating.

Very nice on the beach stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff was great. We had a issue with a loud late night gathering outside on the boardwalk....loud voices and loud music...of a group of "unhoysed" people. I notified the front desk and it was taken care of my the PD.

Hair stuck in the bottom of the tub from prior occupant, handle out on outside, sliding door, broken, sharp metal cut my hand twice and my granddaughter‘s hand, see the photo. Bathroom door won’t lock most of the time fridge, broken drawer and shelf on the door broken, phone and blow dryer don’t work., Only one tiny lamp and the entire living room worked, receptacles, broken, horrible Wi-Fi reception down most of the time or lagging
Our room was not cleaned one time and yet they charged me $50 for cleaning because of trash that I couldn’t take down and soiled towels.
All three mattresses were on metal base constantly slipping off, and we knocked our legs on them many times.
Overall, the room was old, stale, stained, neglected maintenance
