Pros:

I loved the fact that they had a restaurant at The Capes.

Cons:

When we first checked in I felt like the clerk was more concerned about everything else beside us. There was someone who checked in before us and it was obvious that it was someone's birthday. After he left the desk she made the comment I have to note that. Why? We know that they don't allow outside visitors however this is February and he wasn't under 18. The balloons said 30. And yes it was extremely cold outside the pool area was terrible. Which was disappointing for sure. However the restaurant was a highlight.

Amazing staff, facilities, room!!!
Pros:

Accommodations were fantastic! The room smelled so clean when we entered. We had a sitting room with separate doors, the bathroom area was set aside with a small "kitchenette" area with plenty of counter space. The whirlpool tub was amazing! We loved having the balcony & we could see the ocean from the tub or bed. Added bonus! They also offered hot drinks which were delicious. There is a small restaurant in the hotel (but we did not eat there, not for any specific reason) Lori, Vicky & another lady were so gracious to us upon check in & gave us the best accommodations they could..so friendly. The staff is a huge asset to this facility!!

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe add a breakfast, but then the price would go up.

Overall, I made the best of it and had a good time.

Head to plunge the toilet myself every day after use. And not very clean only surface clean .And hotel, outdated.

Bed comfy enough but mattress kept sliding around, if I moved. I would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Glad I was no higher than the 3rd floor. Loved our view and little balcony. Room was nice size. The staff is very friendly and did allow us to check out 30 min. later. :)

Cons:

The bathroom is small. The mattress kept sliding off the bed. We did have to ask for soap but we did have shampoo & conditioner. The restaurant, though no part of the hotel, closed too early. The pool closed too early.
