I think the above says it all
Pros:

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room I think was a pet friendly room. We were not told it was pet friendly, but there was a magnet on the door for the purpose of advising housekeeping of the pet status. My wife has terrible pet allergies that kicked in after we settled into the room. There was also a wet smell when we first walked into the room. I think that information should have been relayed to us and we should have been given a room choice.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. We arrived an hour and a half after the scheduled check-in time, and our rooms still were not ready. I also disliked how far the rooms were from the elevator, making it inconvenient to get around the facility. Another major inconvenience was having to go all the way downstairs to get ice, especially since there was only one ice machine available.
Overall, the facility was poorly designed, and the lack of convenience made the stay frustrating. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, we went on a Monday and they had happy hour. The snack was not very good but the selection of wine and beer was good!
Overall this little getaway was fantastic! Definitely will be back

Very nice stay!
Pros:

Close to wine country, wonderful beds, updated kitchenette and bathrooms

Cons:

Didn't like the thermostats. If you change the temp up, it doesn't cycle off the A/C. Instead it goes to heat to make the room the new temp. Don't like that

For over 400 dollars per night, they should be ashamed of themselves on what they offered.
Pros:

Our stay was disappointing. They did not have enough food or staff for the weekend. The hotel was out of many items for both breakfasts. Didn't even see the point the second day so we went out. Also there was no water complimentary water bottles as advertised and they did not provide us with clean towels or empty our trash. The room was just adequate but needs an update. It is a shock that we will be charged so much money for such poor
accommodations and service.

Great service, excellent rooms, and wonderful and thoughtful staff.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, tidy and like new.

Cons:

I just wish the hotel could find a way through text or a robocall system to our room phone that the plumbing was being worked on during our stay. We were without running water a couple of times one day for up to an hour each time, and we had to wait to see when it was back on.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We stay here frequently when we are in Temecula. We love our stay here! It’s clean, comfortable, coffee is good, hot breakfast, nice size room, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Happy hour is appreciated and is usually good. However, during our last visit the food was subpar. Meatballs were bland and the only food presented.
