Pros:

Convenient location. Staff was extra helpful and accommodating. I cannot recall the young ladies name, but she was very helpful. Not just with getting us in a room, but also recommending local places.

Cons:

We were very surprised and disappointed that the housekeeping staff did not come to our room at all on Sat. I took a couple of clean towels from her cart that morning. I made the beds. It would have been nice if someone had emptied our trash cans. We were out of the room most of the day. When we returned that evening, we did not see the cart in the hallway, knew that they had left for the day.
We did not complain to the manager nor did I leave a tip.

Best hotel stay on trip.
Pros:

I have added this hotel to my 'good list.' The location was conveniently close to the freeway. The receptionist was competent, friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean, one of the cleanest freeway hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast featured a wide array of foods including hot dishes such as eggs, sausages and potatoes. It would have been good to have whole grain bread - they only had bagels and english muffins.

I would stay there again if passing through hopefully they will get breakfast together.
Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in was polite and accommodating. The hotel was clean, the shower was hot, and everything was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. We came down at 8:30 a.m., and many items had not been restocked. The coffee was empty, and when we asked for more, the attendant walked by without acknowledging us. To his credit, he eventually brought out a fresh pot. However, the milk was never refilled during our visit. I ended up using the small cartons from the cereal station, which seemed wasteful. The hot food also was never replenished. Perhaps it was just an off day, but the breakfast experience fell well below expectations.
