Perfect location ig your are looking for night life

Bedding was smelly and no free bottled water in room

The staff were wonderful, but the hotel itself was dirty. Our room had mold in the shower we had to ask tue hotel staff to clean as well as dusty vents and walls. We asked them to clean the dust, but they missed the walls which led to us having bad allergies.

Excellent location- right on dotonbori. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Hotel location is right in the middle so it was super handy if wanting food, shopping and close to train station!

If needed to take a break from walking around we can easily go back to our hotel or taxi back as everything is close to one another.

We cant hear any noise from outside as soon as were back in our hotel.

We requested for new towels and make up our bed everyday and it was done perfectly and room is cleaned.

The staff are amazing and so helpful. Some of them speak good english so we had no issue at all. We requested some extra pillows and hangers again service is amazing!

Place has washing machine facilities which is a bonus.

Their breakfast option looks so amazing!! We will need to try again next time!

Lobby was great if you just wanna chill!

Again we will definitely stay here when back in Osaka ☺️

Room is located in the heart of Dotonbori. Walk outside and you are on the main strip. Some taxis find it difficult to get close so if you can a lot of bags, you may be carrying them a few hundred metres which can be a little difficult when the area is busy. However this was a small inconvenience given the location. Rooms are small, however we did not spend a lot of time inside it so it suited our purpose. Despite being a loud night district, room was extremely quiet. Would return again.

Best place to stay for dining &

Best location but very small room and smelly bathroom. Not going to stay here again.

Rooms were clean, hotel was in an amazing location. Laundry was average - clothes not dry after the 2hour wash and dry cycle- had to put in for an additional hour. Staff not helpful. Check in process is overly complicated and inefficient.

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Right in the middle of Namba and convenient to restaurants and underground stations.

Clean room, quiet , staff are kind and very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Room size little small for 3 bed to fit in , but it works. It very accessible to all dining and shopping area, just outside hotel is the Dotonbori. Hotel is modern and new. Highly recommended

Super location in the heart of all the action.

Seems like the only hotel right in the middle of dotoburi. Very convenient!! Also quite nice to buy some snacks and just head up to eat before heading down for more food hahaha

Great stay

Pros- close/centered to stores, restaurants and train stations. Staff friendly.

Cons- leak in the room. The roof/AC was evidently not working properly. One of our beds was wet! They dried the sheets/bed linings but the leak was still there during half our stay. They eventually fixed it, but no compensation for the trouble.

Hotel is in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants and a 2 min walk to the famous glico running man
