除了每天出門都要走10分鐘以外，飯店的設備都蠻好的，床的軟硬適中、吹風機很快乾、很貼心提供充電線等，適合不怕需要稍微走路的人~

Exceptional experience at Hotel Intergate. Will be coming back in the future.
Pros:

This location was less than a 10-minute walk to Osaka Station, making the daily commute a breeze. It was surrounded by konbinis and a Matsuya, all within walking distance. The staff were extremely welcoming and the amenities/facilities were exceptional.

Cons:

To be honest, there was nothing that really crossed our minds as a "negative" about this hotel. Everything hit the mark or exceeded our expectations.

有公眾大浴池可以消除疲勞非常棒，一整天不同時段供應不同的茶點宵夜可以吃也非常棒！！但房間有點小，兩個大行李箱還要走路就不方便，很可惜，距離機場巴士只需要2-3分鐘是最棒的！

Pros:

Close proximity to the Osaka train station, was a very easy walk. Has underground entrances to the train station close to the hotel. There were free drinks and snacks in the evening which were tasty.

Highly recommend this hotel. Worth the money
Pros:

Joined their membership FOC to enjoy early check-in at 1pm. Good thing the reception staff shared this with us.

Good quality toiletries and skin care that is free for guests to take.

Room is clean, bed is very comfortable. Reception staff is helpful and courteous
