Pros:

The location was great. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

The offer of rice soup, which wasn't good, instead of ramen sucked. Didn't like that you couldn't eat or drink anything in the lobby area that wasn't purchased from the hotel. We had to continuously go to our room to eat takeout and was chased away by staff whenever we tried to sit in the lobby to even eat snacks! And they had tables and chairs to accommodate eating outside food.

Water pressure was also the lowest that we experienced in Japan.

Very good, easy hotel to get in and out or and to walk around Osaka.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very well located. Very modern and clean inside and a really nice complimentary buffet with wine and soft drinks from 5pm to 7pm each day.

Cons:

The pillows were a little average. The gym and spa are only open up to 10 am in the morning and then afternoon.

立地もよく、便利なホテルだった。
Pros:

ラウンジが良かった。ジュースがとても美味しい

Cons:

これは余り関係ないかもしれないが、他社を通じての予約で先払いしていたので、事前に領収書が会社名出るか問合せていたところチェックアウト後に他社から会社名で領収書発行できるとの解答だったが、できなかった。他社にもインターゲートにもたらい回しにされた。無駄な時間を使い、結局、会社名で領収書をもらえなくて自己負担になった。

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

I enjoyed the location to the transportation systems. Hotel had an happy hour, free of charge… a great place to sit, rest, and have a beverage and snacks. From juice to wine, it was a nice touch.

Cons:

The room and bathroom was a little tight fitting

Perfect spot to explore Osaka
Pros:

It was perfectly situated for the train station which meant you could get anywhere in the city pretty easily. The rooms were comfortable. The extras they put on like the afternoon tea, evening wine & late night snack was fantastic.

Pros:

Отель расположен очень удачно. Транспорт в любые точки города. Вокруг куча торговых центров, не меньше 5-6. Жизнь бьёт ключом. Отель новый, номера нормального, "неяпонского" размера. Завтраки отличные, в течении дня отель предоставляет бесплатные перекусы, включая вино. Уборка хорошая, отличная туалетная расходка.

Affordable hotel in the luxury district
Pros:

Nestled between the bigger luxury hotels and located near Umeda’s shopping district, it’s a perfect location! The shower even uses Refa and other great products.
