以性價比來說還可以，服務有待加強

基本的時設施 還可算是新飯店的感覺，*地點不錯，徒步3分鐘可以直接聯到底下街

我感覺大概就是一個自助式的旅店，因為沒有什麼服務性價比！然而退房當天 碰到一個櫃檯男性員工態度不佳 表情冷漠😒！ 由於我們有一些水果來不及再退房前吃完，所以我們就帶到大廳 在平時用餐的空間喝飯店提供的咖啡飲料一起吃，不料竟然被一個服務員以態度惡劣的制止說 不可以外食，我不懂這不就是自助旅館嗎？大家都在那裡做自己的事為什麼我們不可以在那裡吃東西呢？而且他的態度非常不好！讓我感覺到很不舒爽

Would return again!
Pros:

This is my 4th consecutive year staying here. Although I look at other hotels in the Umeda area every year, I always come back to this one. The location is amazing, well-connected, and surrounded by local food options, without being as touristy as the Namba area. Having the airport limo bus barely a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus. My flight was delayed due to a typhoon, and the cost for a late checkout was very reasonable. Don't forget to sign up as a member to enjoy the perks!

Cons:

It has been a couple of years since they opened, so I think it's time for a deep cleaning. There is a fair bit of dust collected on the wires of the dangling lights, and we were sneezing a bit more than usual. Additionally, the pillows were either too hard or too soft.

Nicht besonders viel. Es war einfach das falsche Hotel und kein Hotel, wenn man ein guter Schlaf haben möchte.
Und dass das personalfreundlich ist, ist auch kein Pluspunkt, denn wir sind in Japan und hier ist es eine kulturelle Sache. Alle sind freundlich

Cons:

Die Lage ist nur dann gut, wenn man in der Nähe vom Bahnhof sein möchte. Aber wenn man in der Nähe von das Geschehen in Osaka sein will, zb shinsaibashi sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Hochhäusern und die Zimmer sind extrem dunkel. Das was am schlimmsten mit unsere beiden Zimmer war war, dass es die ganze Zeit nach Zigaretten gerochen hat. Die Betten waren extrem ungemütlich und haben sich nach Plastik angefüllt. Die Kopfkissen und Bettüberzug war extrem unbequem und hat sich unnatürlich angefüllt und das war der Hauptpunkt warum wir so unzufrieden waren, weil wir keine erholsame Schlaf hatten und diese Sachen sind sehr wichtig. natürlich gibt es auch gutes zu erzählen und zwar dass es immer Kaffee und Getränke zugänglich sind. Aber das ist in Osaka üblich. Die meisten Hotels bieten das an deswegen ist es kein Pluspunkt für dieses Hotel. Von all das Personal konnte nur eine Frau Englisch.
