The hotel enjoys an excellent location, and the rooms were wonderful — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The complimentary Happy Hour and thoughtful extras made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
Nothing significant comes to mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found very little room for improvement.
+朝食バイキングがとても美味しい： 和食や大阪の郷土料理のラインナップが豊富で、和食派の方やアジア系ゲストの口に合うメニューが多い印象です。ちらし寿司、白身魚、ラーメン、たこ焼き、お漬物などが特に美味しく、パンをはじめとする洋食もクオリティが高かったです。同グループのインターゲート京都四条新町と比べても、個人的には満足度が大幅に高く感じられました。
+ラウンジサービスが便利： 常時ドリンクやおやつ類が用意されており、外食しなくても満足できてしまうほど充実しています。
+スペシャルティコーヒーが絶品： 朝食時間外になりますが、バリスタの方が一杯ずつ淹れてくださるスペシャルティコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。
+快適なお部屋の設備： スーペリアツインルームに宿泊しましたが、京都の店舗より広さにゆとりがあり、スーツケースを広げたり棚に荷物を置いたりするスペースが十分ありました。アメニティパックの用意があるのも嬉しかったです。また、個別空調のエアコンや空気清浄機がとても静かで快適でした。
+大浴場の満足度が高い： 大浴場が広々としていて開放感があります。女湯にはジャグジー、男湯にはサウナがあり、旅の疲れをしっかり癒やすことができました。
+スタッフの対応が良い： 日本人・外国人スタッフ問わず、親しみやすさとプロ意識を兼ね備えた親切な方ばかりでした。特にフロントの日本人スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、京都の店舗よりも好印象を受けました。
+西梅田駅へのアクセスが抜群： 西梅田駅からのアクセスが良く、大阪観光の拠点として非常に便利な立地です。
全体的にサービスや設備の質が高く、観光にも非常に便利な素晴らしいホテルでした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
-スリッパのサイズ： ワンサイズのみの用意で、大きめのサイズがありませんでした。欧米系のゲストも多く利用されている印象だったので少し不思議に思いました（標準的な足のサイズの方であれば問題ないかと思います）。
-朝食時の珈琲： 朝食会場にはコーヒーマシンがなく、作り置きのコーヒーがイマイチでした。
-コインランドリーの料金： 利用料金が1回500円と、他のホテル（相場300〜400円程度）と比べると少し高めの設定に感じられました。
-周辺駅・スポットへの距離： 西梅田駅からは近いですが、東梅田駅からは少し距離があります。東梅田側のヨドバシカメラやユニクロなどへ行く際は、かなり歩く必要があります。
El alojamiento esta en la nueva zona de Osaka y está bien ubicado cerca de la estación del tren y del metro , pero es tranquilo, tiene unos servicios buenos que dan en el día como es café en las mañanas y en las tardes para tomarse un aperitivo bastante agradable, el personal es muy servicial y atento en lo que pueda uno necesitar.
