Pros:

Front desk manager couldn’t find our booking number , we stood for an hour trying to
Verify our confirmation number , clearly front desk manager was already declining service
NOT to mention she put us on the third floor with no elevador
Hotel is los budget and kinda an eye sore

Pros:

Soooo almost died while going to take a shower because the glass shower day caved in on itself... Called for them to come up, and they didn't show. They finally came up after I called a second time. Then they didn't fix it, and only directed me to a *used* bathroom in one of their other hotel rooms for my shower. The worst. Never going back.
