Pleasant stay but Bristol is not for us so we won’t return but would recommend hotel overall, especially for business us
Pros:

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, both on reception and in other areas of the hotel (bar/restaurant etc).
Car parking was easy and nearby.

Cons:

Personally we found it too far from Harbourside and Millenium Park walking. It’s also on a very busy main road.

Amazing and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were so kind and helpful. We only stayed for one night during the heatwave and the air con was amazing.
The beds were on the harder side but thankfully we prefer that.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t super powerful but it was fine. Nothing bad.

Great (quiet) city centre place to stay
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel well placed for Temple Meads.
Lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning during a heat wave.

Cons:

Only place to sit outside was down wind of the smokers

Exceeded my expectations, with exceptionally helpful and well informed staff. highly recommended!
Pros:

Consistently excellent staff, especially at reception. Lovely air conditioning in a comfortable lounge area. Bar staff helpful and engaging. Excellent room- good, quiet air conditioning , very good shower and other facilities

Cons:

Breakfast good, but a little more attention to topping up empty items at peak times , and more sign posting to less obvious items of food would make this a better experience
