Really enjoyed the hotel - the breakfast needs an overhaul.
Pros:

Some nice touches - Nespresso machine and decent quality biscuits in the room. Room was stylish, clean and all I could have hoped for. Facilities were very pleasant and hotel location is great for the city.

Cons:

Big letdown was the breakfast. Cooked food was limited in terms of quality, e.g. old tasting potatoes instead of hash browns. Fruit selection was disappointing - a few pieces of orange and melon dumped on a plate. Salad was a few pieces of carrot and not much else. Coffee was poor quality - surprising when Nespresso machines are present in the rooms. The whole experience felt under-invested in.

Surprisingly pleasant stay in central Bristol.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was extremely good. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was all very clean and unusually quiet. No noise whatsoever from neighbours.

Cons:

My partner would have liked an openable window in the bedroom as it got a bit airless and rather warm during the night. I didn't understand why the car park directly outside the hotel was not for the use of the clients. Seemed very odd, not that it was a huge hike from the car park. The car park allocated to be used by clients wasn't too expensive, but it would have been handier to park directly outside with heavy luggage, etc.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Didn't try the bar or restaurant but the breakfast was very good. Even when busy items were regularly refreshed and staff were always helpful and friendly.

Centrally located near Castle Park and Temple Meads, well organised hotel with comfortable beds.
Pros:

Good location for downtown Bristol, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, Castle Park and Temple Meads. Comfortable beds and well-serviced rooms. Convenient parking (even though it wasn't free) nearby.

Cons:

Windows were sealed so ventilation was by aircon only.

Good hotel in a good location in city centre a short walk from most places.
Pros:

Super friendly welcome from the staff and they were very helpful on checkout too., Great customer service, nice to get this as its not common these days. The hotel itself is modern and clean and tidy, breakfast good. Car parking was easy round the corner from the hotel with a decent discount.

Cons:

The only downside was the broken lift, this resulted in long waits for the other elevator. But no biggie.

It met out requirements.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. I only had toast, jam and coffee for breakfast, but the choice was very impressive.

Cons:

There was a slight aroma in the room but nothing to complain about.
