Pros:

1. Charged $25 for checking in 1 hour early. No other hotel has ever done that.
2. Front desk staff unfriendly and on their devices
3. No coffee in room. Meaning every morning you had to get dressed and go to lobby before you had time to just relax a bit upon waking.
4. No microwave.

Our room had a very odd smell when we entered. The front desk said they had no other rooms to move us to, so we stayed. The smell itself dissipated, but we both coughed all night; the cough cleared up in the morning right after we left the property. There's something going on with the air quality at this location.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the building and rooms were new and clean. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable.
We had our dog and it worked well for him too.
We slept through breakfast, so can't comment on that, but the coffee was better than a lot of places.

We couldn’t get on the Wi-Fi. The pillows were lumpy. But the real disappointment was the lack of food at breakfast. We got there at 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to be over at nine, but there were no eggs left, no oatmeal, and the yogurt machine was broken.

Pros:

The hotel and staff were great, and the ability to bring pets was super convenient! (Also loved ability to text for any requests).
My only 2 negatives were the pillows were lumpy and felt “old” and that the soundproofing is not great. Can easily hear people above you walking and any noise in hallway.
