The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of EUR 100 per night per additional guest will be imposed.

Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it.

Me hubiera gustado haber tenido 2 almohadas más, la entrada más limpia y cuidada, otro tipo de cesto de basura en el baño y otro en el cuarto, junto con un espejo en el tocador y más papel de baño. Y poder regular el volumen de la tele Gracias!!!!

Bra läge men väldigt basic och opersonligt

Mycket bra läge, där du är nära butiker, restauranger och lokaltrafik. Trots det blev man aldrig störd av ljudet ute på gatan utan kunde sova som en prins. Sängen var skön och tv:n funkade bra.

Cons:

Jag hade kanske inte läst på men hade förväntat mig ett hotell med reception osv. Du får ta dig in själv i byggnaden med hjälp av en sexsiffrig kod som skickas till dig när tiden är inne för incheckning. Den koden måste du sedan använda varje gång på fyra olika dörrar inklusive ditt hotellrum. Det kändes säkert men väldigt omständligt. Rummet är också väldigt litet med en dubbelsäng och ett skrivbord. Badrummet är väldigt trångt men funkar om man är ensam. Säkerhetsskåp finns men ingen instruktion om hur det funkar. Balkongen är snarare en fransk sådan så det går inte att sitta ute på den. Jag hade önskat mer information vid incheckning, t ex om frukost ingick eller inte, att det fanns ett rum på våningsplanet där du kunde göra kaffe. Vid incheckningen hänvisades till en mailadress som jag provade men jag fick inget svar under hela min vistelse. Sammanfattningsvis är det rent och funktionellt men inte mysigt och det liknar mer att hyra ett rum via airbnb.

המיקום מעולה. החדר היה נקי ומבריק.
והיה שירות אחסת מזוודות בחינם לפני שעת קבלת החדר. הצוות במשרד קיבל אותנו מאוד יפה.

Cons:

לא היה שמפו ומרכך. לא היה צוות כדי לפנות אליו לעזרה בהזמנת מונית למשל. לא היה ברור שאין קבלה וצוות נגיש במלון.

I come to Madrid just for one day and I truthly made a big mistake to choose this place. First of all it’s not a hotel they don't have any services you can't just left your staff before check in or after check out, they don't have reception and you won't have any assist on the phone they just said we can not help you, our manager not here etc.
Photo is completely different from the reality! Place doesn't look even safety in the building lots of strange people not from this place…

L'emplacement est idéal
La déco très jolie c’est très propre et confortable
Il manque peut être un peu de rangement et de portants dans la salle de bain et un peu plus d'informations étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil dans l'hôtel.cela éviterait de devoir contacter l'accueil téléphonique ou via whatsapp à chaque fois qu’on a une question pour demander par exemple comment fonctionne le coffre fort, etc.
Le petit coin café est très appréciable
Et les personnes que j ai pu avoir en ligne sont toujours très réactives et très sympathiques

The room was very small and not well designed. The hairdryer didn’t work, the shower leaked and we couldn’t get fresh towels after mopping up the floor. There was no kettle in the room and very little natural light not as the photos on the advert.

לא אהבנו שום דבר חוץ מהלוקרים שיש במקום שהם ממש נוחים, השירות פח הצוות פח ממש בושה. הגענו בחמישי הצוות לא יודע מילה אנגלית ושניסינו לדבר איתם ולשאול קללו אותנו ואנחנו מבינות ספרדית. ושהלכנו לנוח דפקו לנו על הדלת בבעיטות. יום למחרת יצאנו שחזרנו לא ניקו לנו את החדר אפילו לא בדקו את החדר. שכתבתי להם אמרו שמצטערים ביקשתי לפחות מגבות נקיות אמרו לי מצטערים אין שירות כבר. אבל אפשר להזמין ליום המחר ניקיון הזמנתי וגם יום למחרת יצאנו בבוקר חזרנו בערב ושום דבר לא קרה לא ניקיון ולא כלום.
שפניתי אליהם אמרו לי שיבררו מה קרה ואולי המנקות לא הספיקו אז למה עשיתי הזמנה בקיצור כל השהייה לא ניקו את החדר לא היה סבון במקלחת והתנהגו בצורה מבישה
