The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of EUR 100 per night per additional guest will be imposed.

No disruptive noise is allowed. Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation.

Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it.

Cons:

There was info that iron and board were available but there was no info that you need to order them in advance, fortunately they provided it shortly, but before i had to use hair dryer to iron my trausers🤣

Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, las facilidades que nos dieron para dejar las maletas, la chica de las oficinas muy simpática y amable.
El hotel está situado en la mejor zona de Madrid, es silencioso y solitario.
La cama y las almohadas son cómodas.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco pequeña y oscura y el baño tb es pequeño, no hay limpieza de habitaciones diaria

Pros:

Location was terrific, right in the middle of all the attractions. Easy to walk everywhere.
Coffee station was a nice touch

Hard to find, need internet to access the building, which unfortunately we didn't have, lucky a resident let us use her phone to call and get the required information of how to get in and which room we had.
The room is tiny, tiny bed, tiny bathroom. Hardly any room to even sit on the toilet.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that's happening next door.
There is a lift but you have to climb a flight of stairs to access it, then then another flight to the level, be aware if you have a heavy suitcase.

La ubicación perfecta, al lado de la Gran Vía. La habitación era cómoda con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable

No hay insonorización, se escuchaba todos los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado, lo cual escuchaba algo incómodo. El ascensor no llega hasta la misma planta

Pros:

POSIZIONE FANTASTICA! tutte le attrazioni sono a piedi, stanza e bagno estremamente pulito, personale gentile, fanno lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out nel loro ufficio dato che l’hotel non ha personale fisico, super consigliato!

Danno solamente 2 rotoli di carta igienica e fanno le pulizie solamente ogni 3 giorni quindi l’ultimo giorno siamo letteralmente rimasti senza carta igienica, danno 2 asciugamani a persona ma non sono abbastanza per 3 giorni, e il servizio cliente non essendoci personale in hotel apre solamente alle 10 di mattina, prima delle 10 non rispondono, quindi noi essendo arrivati prima delle 10 non abbiamo potuto accedere alla struttura per lasciare i bagagli e abbiamo dovuto pagare un bar per tenerci i bagagli..un peccato essendo tutto il resto perfetto
