The personal data provided will be stored on a secure server, accessible only by authorized staff.

The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of EUR 100 per night per additional guest will be imposed.

Furniture and decorations must remain in their original place. Charges may apply if this condition is not met.

We reserve the right to change the assigned room to a similar or better one at no additional cost.

No disruptive noise is allowed. Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation.

Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it.

The property has surveillance cameras in common areas. By staying, guests accept these measures as a condition of their stay.

Spędziłem w Madrycie 3 dni i z tego miejsca można zwiedzić wszystko - ulokowany w samym centrum, więc jeżeli lubicie spa

Obiekt był bardzo czysty, w samym centrum. Coś na zasadzie hotelu bezobsługowego - dostajemy kod którym dostajemy się do budynku i pokoju przez cały pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Ópera Stays by Charming jest usytuowany w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko stacji metr Ópera, co jest niewątpliwą zaletą. Pokój, który otrzymałem był bardzo czysty i zadbany, podobniej jak cały obiekt - czysty, przyjemny, ładnie urządzony. Dużym plusem możliwość przygotowania kawy, herbaty, czy podgrzania posiłku w części wspólnej. Łóżko komfortowe i wygodne. System wejścia do pokoju bardzo komfortowy, ponieważ nie tylko za pomocą udostępnionego hasła, ale również aplikacji mobilnej.

Cons:

Niestety największą wadą Ópera Stays by Charming są cienkie ściany, które w ogóle nie wygłuszają i przez cały pobyt miałem wrażenie, że jestem na open space, nie ma możliwości na cichy wypoczynek, a w przypadku gości, którzy nie szanują zasad nie da się spać, jak to było w moim przypadku. Niestety obsługa reagowała bardzo późno, zarówno na moją skargę na hałas, jak i sytuację, kiedy aplikacja z kodem się zawiesiła i nie mogłem dostać się do środka. Minus za niedziałającą klimatyzację.
