I will definitely come back
Pros:

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms are lovely with amazing views. The food in general, and especially breakfast, was really good. I definitely recommend coming here and will come back again.

Unbequeme Möbel auf Terrasse. An manchen Orten war das Design wichtiger als die Funktion (unmögliches Beleuchtungskonzept, Sitzsäcke im Ruheraum etc.)Und: Der sonst ausgezeichnete Koch der alles salzen muss. Von den Erdbeeren zu Glacé zu einfach alles wird mit Salzflocken bearbeitet…

Great disappointment
Pros:

The propriety is well located and has fantastic design and furniture

Cons:

The room was really noisy, we have been disturbed by all the people passing by our room. It seems our door was open and we had no privacy The blinds were not shading the sun, so we have been waked up at sun rise since a light blade was entering directly on our bed
The breakfast was good but we had to insist to have a second espresso and we’ve got an americano instead. Finally we have been charged for some extra in the bill that has been removed since nobody was able to explain for what.

En fantastisk plats som måste upplevas!
Pros:

Helt fantastisk på alla sätt. Hotellet, rummet, restaurangerna, poolerna, spa-avdelningen, servicen. Allt var 10/10. Otroligt god mat och man känner sig väl omhändertagen av all personal.

Beautiful, Caring, Warm, Elegant and 5 stars
Pros:

This place is one of a kind. The staff, the space, the rooms, the food, the services…everything deserves 5 stars. My wife and I have been fortunate to stay in so many amazing places but Nordelaia ranks at the top. As we reflect on the moments we realize that what we experienced was pure relaxation, held elegantly with care and nurtured with the most wonderful food and beverage. I would say this place is perfect, but it is so much more than perfect. Thank you everyone at Nordelaia, we will be back soon.

Pros:

Stunning property. A place to relax with no need to leave. I loved the 8AM yoga, the amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beautiful spa. There is not much to do in the area, the hotel is its own destination. We did a day trip to Barolo and it was perfect.
