Spent five relaxing nights at the St Regis Bermuda, including Christmas. Was treated to an upgraded oceanfront suite, the Caroline Astor Suite, room 1256, that had gorgeous views of the ocean. We played golf every day at the onsite Five Forts GC, where the head pro Alex and his team took very good care of us. The course was in excellent shape and the rounds were all under three hours. The new dinner menu at Lina (no longer BLT Steak) was excellent this year, as was the service. All in all, we very much enjoyed the five-star experience at the St Regis and look forward to another visit in 2026.
Had beachfront balcony room. The property of course is very nice. Some downsides that we experienced: the balcony furniture has a covered portion on the bottom of the chairs so the pigeons like to go under there and poop all over the balcony on a daily basis! Had to have them come and clean it twice.
It is odd that the bathroom is in the middle of the first room you walk through but so be it.
The food as I have found in the Caribbean as well is also lacking but I don't think anyone goes for the food. The BLT restaurant offered I guess some version of a frozen piece of meat that would never be suitable at that price point anywhere but I also understand this meat is frozen and has to be shipped or flown in. Birds Landing on your table Etc is the usual in the outdoor restaurants. It's convenient but don't expect too much but do expect to pay!
You can now rent electric cars instead of being obligated to use mopeds as a non-resident. Expensive but convenient. They will bring it to the hotel parking lot for you.
I went down to the lobby to ask for ice and instead of providing it they told me where I can go find some and I think it was the outdoor bar. I would have expected better service.
The most annoying thing that I can recall is just as the sun was Rising and the blackout curtains were doing their job I heard a noise that wouldn't stop. Eventually I got up it was still too dark to see but literally the sun was just rising and I was able to identify the gentleman using the gas powered lawn trimmer to take care of the sidewalk edging. Literally woke me up in my $1,600 a night room for lawn maintenance. I understand it has to be done but I guess they balance that versus Annoying everyone at the pool midday and decided to just annoy the people with the beachfront balcony rooms.
Privacy and not far walk to town (15minutes)
It’s on the east side, so if you like sunsets, it’s not the best, but the location is still serene
Absolutely 11/10. We just returned from a long weekend at the St Regis Bermuda and WOW. Had been slightly unsure given some of the reviews saying food wasn't up to snuff or some staff not great but 100% of our experience was AMAZING. Staff perhaps best of all the things we loved -- everyone extremely friendly from Nelson at the bell desk to both Josh and Emma at check-in. Smiles everywhere and amazing how most staff somehow knew our names! Wow! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and had lunch on beach one day and thought all the food was amazing! Had a great massage (be aware the spa facilities are not expansive or fancy, but the treatment was great). We were upgraded when we arrived and the room was HUGE and bed super comfy. Golf was great and we had the course to ourselves. Honestly cannot wait to return and we have stayed at many luxury properties in Bermuda, so that's saying something. Oh and complementary champagne at check in and sunsets!! THANK YOU for the best anniversary celebration St Regis!!
Everything!
Nothing!
As a titanium member we were upgraded to an oceanfront room. We were given a choice between points or breakfast. We choose breakfast. The breakfast was good and a large variety of items. Service was excellent throughout the hotel. The employees made it a point to get to know your name. Not busy right now but we liked that. Will definitely return.
We loved our 3 night experience at the St. Regis! Special shout outs to Mildred, Tiara, Aniket and Coco for making our stay so memorable. Beautiful property, gracious staff and delicious food and drinks! The beach and pools are well maintained. We loved visiting in November - not crowded, 70 degree temps and a heated pool. It was a quick $20 taxi ride from the airport to the resort. We walked into the historic town of St. George and explored for a few hours. Rented an electric car through Rugged Rentals and enjoyed exploring the areas beyond St. George. Loved our quick getaway. We’ll surely be back!
We almost didn’t book this resort because of the reviews we saw. This resort has been A+ from beginning to end. We arrived on Monday as a multigenerational family spanning ages 8 months to 80 years for my parents 50th anniversary. Our two children have had a blast in the heated comfortable pool despite it being chilly and windy. The pool service and food has been impeccable. My parents are comfortable in their well appointed one bedroom unit and we are in a two bedroom penthouse with the children. Everything is exceptionally clean, restocked daily, and well thought out. The kids club has been wonderful for our toddler who has enjoyed doing crafts with the lovely lady who runs it. My husband and I escape in the mornings for breakfast at Lina which has been delicious every day. What knocked us off our feet wasn’t the incredible units we have, the stunning pools, perfect beach, or delicious food, but the SERVICE has been unbelievable. I don’t know how anywhere gets better. We had reservations after seeing some reviews but boy did they prove them all wrong. We cannot wait to be back. If you need the perfect multi generational travel destination, this is it!
Je kon van ons verblijf op het gelijkvloers zo het strand opstappen.
Prachtig uitzicht en magnifiek ingerichte kamer.
Alles was perfect.
My husband and I went to the St Regis in Bermuda to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary over a long weekend. We relaxed for four days by the gorgeous beach, and occasionally by the pool which was also beautiful. The staff are so well trained and provide exemplary service at all times. They never let you feel like you are being a bother with any request. Taxis to other parts of the island are expensive so I suggest learning the pink bus schedule/routes if you want to explore the island more vigorously. We were tired from a hectic summer and just wanted to sleep in, read our books by the water and enjoy the gorgeous beach and sea glass that is plentiful in the sand! This was a perfect choice The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I do wish the hotel had a beach front restaurant but there is an outdoor bar near the pool and perhaps food can be ordered there. We did taxi for one dinner to the Pink Beach restaurant at the Loren Hotel which has a spectacular setting and was delicious but pricey! Bermuda is not an inexpensive destination but the people are so warm and the waters are so blue and warm. Highly recommend.
Beautiful place.
This resort is great as it is in a location away from any main roads and right on a beautiful beach. The resort is very easy to get around and breakfast is an option. Like most places in Bermuda, food is expensive. The rooms have good views and nice amenities. We walked into St. George one morning which is a small but quaint town. Late night dining options are also available and the staff is very responsive. It is nice to have the beach at the hotel along with the pools- one for families and one for adults only. I hear a new chef is on the way which will make dining options even better.
The St Regis is a beautiful property. Our Grand Luxe Ocean Front room was amazing. The staff is outstanding and wants to assist in any way possible to assure that guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return visit.
Beautiful ocean view
Great property! Love the decor, friendly staff, amenities… Two pools, one for families, right next to the lovely beach.
Fantastic
