Modernes Hotel (mit Abstriche)
Pros:

Bequemes Bett und modernes, sehr sauberes Hotel!

Cons:

Tiefgarage mit wenigen Stellplätzen und schmale Einfahrt! Lage direkt neben den Gleisen (Kurve), Lärm der S-Bahn bis tief in die Nacht!

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der U-Bahn Station. Trotzdem war es nicht laut in dem Zimmer. Die Fenster haben gut isoliert.

Beim Check Inn wurde mir zugesagt das die Rechnung am nächsten Tag früh fertig ist, das war leider nicht der Fall.
Diese wurde dann auch noch 2x falsch erstellt.

Pros:

1. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.
2.The hotel is ideally located for my work, making it very convenient for business stays.

Cons:

1.The restaurant food is overpriced and the menu options are very limited. It would be nice to have a water kettle in the room

2. I have stayed at this hotel more than five times, often for a full week per visit, yet they still don’t seem to have my profile or preferences saved. My request for a digital invoice gets lost every single time, which ends up costing me time and money as I have to chase them for days or even weeks.
The customer service at Ibis is absolutely terrible. I am regularly kept on hold for 30–40 minutes, only to be disconnected without ever speaking to anyone. This experience has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unprofessional.
Their email box smile@ibisstyles-hamburg.com doesn't seemed to be monitored at all, as I have not received any response.
