AC Hotel by Marriott Missoula Downtown

5 star experience.
Pretty hotel with excellent downtown location within walking distance to the river, art galleries, shops, restaurants and theaters. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. We enjoyed the bar for pre-dinner cocktails in the lovely seating area by the fireplace.
Definitely keeping this on my list for my next visit to Missoula.
Note - parking is limited to valet or street parking.

Comfortable room, great fitness center

A 4 yr old hotel, located smack in the middle of Missoula. An upmarket place, with prices to match. Friendly, welcoming staff, a large, if a bit soulless lobby. The room was a good size, no carpet on the floor, comfortable beds, with awful pillows, and no microwave. Breakfast is not included. Stayed two days, and bins weren’t emptied, no coffee replaced.
Sleep quality? Internally good, but Missoula has a big problem with train horns. They are frequent, loud and go on thru the night. Any downtown hotel will be affected.

Nice modern clean rooms. Don’t waste your time in the restaurant for breakfast!

We didn't get to take advantage of breakfast but everything else was lovely. The lobby, the bar.
Our room was so comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful hotel!

Easy to get around, centrally located, pretty clean and well lit, nice easy to use big tv with some streaming options

The best hotel in Montana hands down ! The staff are SOO kind and respectful and very helpful . The woman Christine the waiter at breakfast was so sweet and you can tell she wants to make guests experiences extra special and memorable.And she does ! I travel a lot for work and have been too many hotels . The hospitality of the staff location of the hotel, the delicious well thought out breakfast and comfort of the beds is top notch to say the least 🤗

The desk clerk was so welcoming and efficient. The Valet attendant was also efficient and explained everything to us. I did have my toilet clog in the middle of the night though which wasnt good and didnt want to call for help when my husband was sleeping so i had to unplug it on my own 😳 didnt have a plunger so had to use a makeshift plunger out of my cup. 😆 other than that it was great and atleast the toilet was clean...lol

The only complaint I had was the breakfast wasn't as advertised and not worth $16.

They gave me a room w/ a broken shower head that was attached to the shower pole with a plastic strap.

Also valet never entered my checked car in their system when I arrived so when I tried to retrieve the car the following day, it was MIA & took 30 mins for them to find causing me to be late to my appointment. Additionally they only had 1 total valet covering this hotel & another Marriott property next door.

When I tried to check out the day I was leaving, I texted valet w/ no reply so I went down stairs. Front desk told me valet didn’t get in for another 10 minutes & id gave to wait.

Nice property, nice location, friendly staff, terrible operations execution & oversight by their leadership.

Our son was married in Missoula and all our guests stayed here. We held the welcome party in the bar and it was a huge success. Ashley in group sales was wonderful to work with in getting our room blocks and setting up the bar for the party. The banquet captain and his team could not be more accommodating. The bartenders were amazing, and so friendly. We had about 100 guests and everyone was served quickly. Highly recommend the Marriott for a wedding and welcome party.

The room and staff were both marvelous!
