Comfortable, friendly and accessible.
Pros:

My daughter booked the room for me and I found it extremely comfortable. The bed was soft and the pillows were just right. There were lots of clever hidden away facilities in the room. The check in was easy and the reception person was very friendly. The breakfast was fabulous too. Thank you

We love it, location, facilities, staff are all good. Ovolo will be our go to place to stay in South Yarra.
Pros:

I love the funky vibe and the laid back feeling you get in this hotel. Their snug room was comfortable plenty of room for two, it's modern and has everything you'll need. Best is their very friendly and helpful staff, Vincent was so welcoming, helpful and 5/5 best front of house you can have, and everyone was so approachable.

Cons:

Nothing really, my husband said if we have to put something down it would be that sound travels well through the rooms - I don't mind it but maybe other might.

Great staff, super comfy bed, great location
Pros:

Location and the super comfy bed. I accidentally booked the Snug Room as the cheapest room and Booking.com didn’t add the 14sqm size. I went in and felt claustrophobic a the carpet was all broken. The staff upgraded me to a decent room size for $20. Great vista and bed.

Great stay, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Hotel was great, perfect location for getting everywhere. Cool interiors, fantastic staff (Vincent couldn't have been more accommodating), love the little touches like lollies in reception. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Cons:

The room cleans could have been better - seemed like all they did was replace towels and make the bed
