Staff were fabulous, professional & accommodating.
Pros:

I booked an inappropriate room for my stay and I couldn't cancel because I booked through Booking.com.
Concierge sorted me out professionally and I was allocated a different room. Can't speak highly enough about the ability to sort out the situation. I will book direct moving forward to eliminate this situation moving forward.

Cons:

Will not book through Booking.com.

Great location, staff and amenities. Nearby, discounted parking was even better!

Cons:

The rubbish bin in the toilet area was already full from the previous guest(s).

Perfect location, immaculately clean and modern hotel with super friendly staff. I’ll be back
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable bed. Very clean and super friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Room was a tad small but I was solo travelling so had everything I needed. If I was with my wife, maybe we would have upgraded to larger room
