Fabulous modern fitted out hotel, best location.
Pros:

Excellent location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

My first room, the Cubby, was tiny. I spoke to reception and for a small upgrade fee I was provided with a suitable room.

Cool little hotel
Pros:

Staff were great.. Cool little hotel.. so easy to contact staff on WhatsApp to ask questions during your stay (eg how to use the TV haha) they're attentive, friendly & quick to respond.

Cons:

Can't fault our stay, the older I get the more I value good service and this met all my needs.

Birthday celebrations
Pros:

Stayed for my birthday and staff had left a lovely card and cake in our room. Felt so spoilt. We have stayed many times and it’s always a lovely experience. Love that the rooms have blackout blinds and sound proofing. Beds are so comfy. Staff are friendly and professional.

Was perfect for me. Staff were extremely helpful. Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in.
