Hospitality, speed of service, comfort and cleanliness of the room, all over an excellent stay, affordable and a fantastic location, about 5 minutes from south yarra station.

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay for longer!

Lovely quirky hotel in a great room but tone really comfortable we should have paid out for a bigger room
Pros:

Wonderful central location, friendly staff and well equipped room.

Cons:

Size of the room - nowhere to put a suitcase, never mind open one. However we did understand that we could have got a bigger rm if we had paid more

Small but luxurious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a perfect location, and everything I needed
Pros:

Although the room was quite small, it was beautifully designed and had everything I needed to feel like I was staying in a much more luxurious apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a fantastic night's sleep, and the location was excellent—close to everything. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design, and I would happily stay here again.

Would have loved a coffee machine, and glasses that were a little cleaner.

Best hotel experience ever, definitely coming back!!
Pros:

Every staff member was so lovely to talk to and the rooms were so clean!! The attention to detail was so amazing, provided many towels for the bath room.
