Repos assuré malgré les désagréments
Pros:

Lits confortables, chambre silencieuse bien que l’on soit en plein centre ville.
Déjeuner varié mais qualité moyenne et quantité restreinte.

Cons:

La propreté : sol collant et sale (chaussettes blanches s’abstenir) poussière sur les meubles et derrière le lit.

Personnel très cordial par message mais la réceptionniste pas heureuse de son emploi, qui ne cherche pas de solution et refuse une prise en charge qui avait été convenue par avance via message booking avec l’hôtel.

Présence de lotion, de shampoing et de conditionner dans le bain douche mais pas de gel douche. Réclamation faite auprès d’une femme de chambre.

En conclusion : les bases de l’hôtellerie ne sont pas maîtrisée pour un hôtel de ce standing dont le prix est bien supérieur à l’offre (ménage, s’assurer que les produits sont les bons et disponible et surtout aucune note au dossier, ce qui implique une non communication entre le personnel qui est préjudiciable au client).

Bien situé, bien équipé, personnel attentionné
Pros:

Situation parfaite pour visiter le centre-ville et si vous assistez à un événement au palais des congrès. Tout se fait bien à pied, que vous allez sur Ste-Catherine ou dans le vieux port. Bel environnement, bien aménagé, confortable, personnel gentil et courtois. Stationnement sous-terrain avec un accès direct à l'hôtel.

Will definitely come back, this time sans kids!
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, so many different choices. Would have liked if it stayed open a bit longer.. maybe until 10 am? Pool area was nice and although small it seemed to do the job.

Pros:

Situation de l’hôtel, idéal, à deux minutes et à cinq minutes des métros qui desservent toute la ville. Parfait avec des enfants. L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel est extrêmement discret tout en étant disponible si besoin. Gentil comme tout. La chambre elle nettoyait tous les jours. Lit très confortable.

Cons:

Rien. Le petit déjeuner est très correct mais manque légèrement de choix, ce qu’il fait qu’on peut vite se lasser.
