Perfect location
Location, staff, excellent breakfast
Die Zimmer sind für Manhattan erstaunlich groß; alles war sauber und okay. Lage ist gut; Flughafentransfers sind kostenpflichtig.
Das Frühstück könnte besser bzw. reichhaltoger sein; ist aber in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage, im August dringend notwendig, ist gut, wenn auch alles andere als leise. Für mich kein Thema, leichte Schläfer sollten dies aber berücksichtigen.
The location on 28th Street is great.
Walking distance to Penn Station and a lot of other great places like Broadway, Flatiron.
Subway station on the same block.
The room size is very good for New York.
The noise from the hallway gets into the room unfiltered. It sometimes felt like the people were standing next to the bed.
The interior design is too complicated for a hotel room. 😅 Why a round bedside table? Everything falls between bed and table. No place to hang stuff in the bathroom and the bathroom door looks cool but is a pain at night when sharing the room.
The breakfast was quite tasty as for the American one. The personnel was helpful. The rooms were clean and room service was almost everyday. Great location to visit NYC.
The location was very good. The size of the room, the view and the bed.
1. The staff was rather rude- from the moment of check in to breakfast you feel like they are upset of you being there. They talk to you like army sergeant, mad at you when you are not understanding them immediately and just make you feel very uncomfortable.
2. The breakfast was very poor- almost nothing to eat, no cheese, no bread selection, no vegetables, and the things that were there were not really edible.
Putting aside the fact that the space was wayyyy to small for a hotel with 47 floors!! Which made the dinning experience unbearable with the noise and the crowd.
3. The noise in the room once you start the AC is deafening, so no cool air when you sleep. Almost no storage space for clothes (for 2 people for sure not), so we had to leave our stuff in the suitcase.
4. Only 4 elevators for the entire 47 flours made every time you take the elevator a frustrating experience with some good time spent waiting. And we were at the 29 floor, so we had quite a waiting times.

En cuánto a servicios de hoteleria muy bueno , desayuno muy contundente y la habitación con todo lo necesario
Un poco pequeña la habitación y el AC un poco ruidoso cuando funciona
Esmorzar molt digne, habitacio petita pero comoda, i la situacio es bona per visitar la ciutat
Alguna cambrera de l' esmorzar una mica grollera pero al parlar amb direccio tot es va solucionar

Super hotel. Idealna lokalizacja, większość atrakcji w zasięgu spaceru. Miły personel, codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Pokoje małe ale ładnie urządzone, wygodne łóżka, dla naszej czwórki pokój był wystarczający. Widok był wspaniały. W oddali można było dostrzec nawet statułę wolności! Bardzo podobał mi się dostęp do gorących napojów przez całą dobę. Super sprawa! Śniadania też nam smakowały. Duży wybór jak na USA, na słodko i na słono, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Polecam ten hotel! Na pewno zatrzymalibyśmy się tam ponownie.

El sitio es genial. Muy nuevo todo, muy limpio, está súper cerca del Empire, y bocas de metro. La calle llena de floristerías. Y cuando te dan el piso 32 no paras de pellizcarte peque las vistas son una pasada!!!! Es como vivir un sueño.
El desayuno incluido, súper variado.
Soñar con los ojos abiertos
