Anche se le camere sono piccole, la vista è talmente strepitosa da rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Abbiamo apprezzato il personale di reception, così giovane, allegro e informale, ma sempre competente e disponibile ad aiutarti (un ringraziamento speciale a Genesis) e il personale della sala colazione, davvero in gamba. L'offerta breakfast è varia e per noi soddisfacente (bravi con il gluten free, continuate così). Insomma, pur essendo parte di una catena, è un hotel che riesce a distinguersi, a non restare anonimo, emergendo per accoglienza e atmosfera. Inoltre è molto pulito e si trova nella strada dei fiorai, una delizia nelle giornate di sole. Quando tornerò a New York sarà la mia prima scelta
Great location, in the heart of Chelsea flower market. it feels safe and you get to experience the local vibe. Away enough from the touristic crowds but close enough to the main city attractions and shopping avenues..15 minutes away from Times Square. An underground station just a minute away opposite the hotel's front road.
The rooms are small but clean and stylish. Although the bathroom is tiny the shower and water pressure are pretty OK. We requested a middle floor, quite room which was offered to us.. not sure if this was accidental but it really enhanced the overall trip comfort. So go ahead and ask if you have a preference.
The breakfast is another plus, with a 3-option hot buffet, bagels, packaged cupcakes, eggs etc.Its not the typical intercontinental buffet you would find in a european hotel but pretty decent. Coffee and juice options are also good. Also Angelina"s bakery is a few steps away so you can grab pastries and good coffee if you fancy this sort of breakfast. The reception staff is polite..I would expect a warmer welcome upon arrival as it wasn't that busy but that's not a deal breaker. Its not the typical Marriot experience but for the city's standards its a very good option compared to other 4 start hotels on a similar price level.

Telephone not working so we could not reach the reception but they got it fixed once we mentioned it.

How the hotel is positioned in NY. Very close to city center
I have been in NY five times. This was the worst hotel experience I had. Rooms are sold for 4 but it's quite impossible live for 1 week in 4. No space for luggages and clothes and to move. About employees, they don't answer to Booking calls and very late to customer messages. Room cleaning: it was not specified that is planned every 2 days, so I need to ask clarifications and towels to reception. Lift are 4 but all of them are syncroned so the queue is very long. First night we had fire alarm so we had to went down, wait for half an hour and go bask to our room. Obviously the hotel is always fully booked, so they don't care about your needs. If is possible choose another one

Absolutely loved it I will be staying again and again everything was clean, in a convenient spot, I felt safe, and staff was so nice !
