Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, cleanliness everywhere, coffee available throughout the day, luggage storage after check out, concierge services, spectacular view from higher floors, comfortable beds, super fast elevators.

Cons:

As everyone else mention, this place has three general shortcomings: the wait for an elevator at morning rush hour, the sliding door to the bathroom that gives no privacy when showering or ‘doing your business’, and the room size that is absolutely very small with limited storage. Still, these are minor issues that we learned to live with easily and I would not hesitate in staying here again.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien placé, juste à côté de la station de métro qui permet de se déplacer très facilement. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre était très propre. Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la ville et la statue de la liberté. Le personnel d'accueil est très sympathique.

Cons:

L'accueil au petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable, je pense que le personnel était stressé par le monde à placer.

Hotel jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu do zwiedzania NY. Obok Penn Station ( łatwy dojazd pociągiem LIRR z JFK )
blisko linia 1 Subway.
Mały pokój i łazienka. Szybkie windy. Profesjonalna i uprzejma obsługa w całym hotelu. Możliwość zostawienia walizek po wymeldowaniu.
Widok z okna na 41 piętrze wspaniały :)

Foncez! l'hôtel est parfait

L'emplacement était parfait jusqu'à à côté du métro. La vue de la chambre au 41e étage était grandiose. La chambre est trés propre. Elle était nettoyée et les draps et serviettes changés tous les jours. Le personnel était très sympa et serviable. Le petit déj était bon.

Cons:

Un peu de temps d'attente pour les ascenseurs.
Le chauffage s'arrêtait et devait être relancé par le technicien donc on avait un peu froid mais on a eu des couettes et couverture en plus ( il faisait -24 degrés dehors)

Pros:

El desayuno muy bien , variado cada día con comida caliente. Café podría ser mejor ya que es de filtro tipo americano y con mucha agua. La ubicación es excelente y lo mejor son las habitaciones superiores con impresionantes vistas a la ciudad
