Très bon établissement bien situé avec de bonnes prestations
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 11 nuits dans cet établissement et nous avons beaucoup apprécié :
- l’emplacement au coeur de Chelsea, dans le quartier aux fleurs, proche de tout (métro, flatiron, restaurants ….) tout en étant au calme,
- le confort de la literie,
- la vue de la chambre, la propreté de la chambre, l’équipement et le linge à disposition dans la chambre (nombreuses serviettes)
- la prise en compte de nos demandes (demande d’une chambre au calme et nous avons eu une chambre au calme à distance des ascenseurs)
- la réactivité de l’accueil
- le petit déjeuner varié et bon : plats chauds qui changent chaque jour avec toujours la même base
- possibilité de prendre une boîte à emporter au petit déjeuner,
- le café / thé à volonté toute la journée
- le frigo et le micro-ondes dans la chambre
- l’organisation de navettes de retour pour l’aéroport (payante mais partagées donc prix intéressant)

Cons:

- manque de rangements dans la chambre nécessitant une gestion des valises
- accueil au petit déjeuner sans sourire, ni bonjour, très militaire : la taille de l’établissement nécessite forcément une bonne organisation pour le petit déjeuner soit, organisation bien en place mais pas sympathique et c’est dommage

Pros:

Struttura bella, camera pulita e spaziosa con vista empire state building dal 29esimo piano. Staff super gentile e posizione eccellente. Passeggiata piacevole per raggiungere Times square e a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’unica pecca di questo posto è la colazione. Pochi posti a sedere e poca scelta del cibo. Non era possibile fare una colazione all’italiana perché mancava banalmente la possibilità di prendere una brioche e farsi un cappuccino ma non era neanche possibile fare una colazione all’americana perché neanche la parte salata era adeguata. Mi dispiace perché s
basterebbe poco per essere un hotel eccellente. Poi ci si adegua, senza dubbio, ma resta un peccato

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - spokojnie można dotrzeć pieszo do wielu atrakcji, a do tych oddalonych są bardzo blisko linie metra, dosłownie kilka kroków; okolica bezpieczna wieczorami; widoki z wyższych pięter oszałamiające; szybko jeżdżąca winda ale mimo wszystko zdążało się stać trochę z uwagi na dużą ilość gości

Trafiliśmy najmniejszy pokój, dwie duże walizki nie mieściły się na podłodze rozłożone tak żeby przejść; niesmaczne śniadania - wszystko sztuczne i z torebki

Lokalizacja i widok z 43 piętra! Robi wrażenie. Pomocny i uprzejmy personel

Cons:

Wielkość pokoju. We 4 nie mieliśmy jak sie minąć. O walizkach nie wspomnę. Nie ma gdzie ich nawet wypakować Ani rozłożyć choć na chwilę. Bliskość toalety do łóżek to chyba z 60 cm. Sniadania- hmm. Europejczyków zaskakuje. Nie jestem wybredna, ale tu nie mialam co jeść. Dzieci mleko z płatkami. I raz pancake. Dookoła hotelu intensywne miejsce. Ale to jak Manhattan. Trzeba przywyknąć. Natomiast większe pokoje pozwoliłaby na swobodniejszy odpoczynek dla 4 osób.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji z miłą obsługą. Dostaliśmy pokoje na 41 i 42 piętrze - widok niesamowity 🤩 Pokoje niewielkie, ale wystarczające :) W pokoju były: lodówka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, żelazko, deska do prasowania, zestaw do parzenia kawy, suszarka do włosów i sejf. Świetną sprawą było lekko uchylne okno, dzięki czemu nie trzeba było polegać tylko na klimatyzacji. Śniadania były naprawdę w porządku, codzienne do wyboru: jajka w różnych formach, bajgle, chleb (możliwość podpieczenia) płatki do mleka, jogurty, owoce, surówka, dodatki (dżem, masło orzechowe, majonez itd.), kawa, herbata, soki. Świetnie zorganizowana logistyka przy śniadaniu - pracownicy wskazują, gdzie mamy usiąść, dzięki czemu nie ma chaosu :)) Kawa i herbata dostępne również cały czas przy recepcji. Rzadko kiedy się tak rozpisuję - naprawdę jesteśmy zadowoleni i będziemy polecać ten Hotel :)
