Es hätte nicht besser sein können.
Pros:

Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer im 43. Stockwerk war gigantisch. Das Frühstück war toll und ausreichen. Keramikgeschirr, keine Pappteller. Sehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Nice stay in a very pleasant place
Pros:

The location is perfect (metro station is right there and you can easily walk to Times Square or Central Park. View from our room was also very nice even if we were not on the top floor. Staff was really friendly.

Cons:

Breakfasts were a bit repetitive and the selection of food was limited. Wish there were more fresh fruits and other products, not pre-prepared. Wait for the lift can sometimes take a while, but this is more or less expected when you have such a huge hotel.

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich, Wunsch nach Zimmer in einer der oberen Etage wurde erfüllt

Zimmer recht klein, wie in NY üblich. Es sah auf den Photos geräumiger aus.

Équipes au top !
Emplacement parfait, métro à l’angle de rue.
Petit déjeuner copieux et renouvelé chaque matin.
Et quelle vue depuis notre chambre ! Sublime !

Cons:

Petit bémol, l’espace dans la chambre pour stocker les valises, peut être surélevé le lit pour glisser les valises dessous ?

What a deal!!
Pros:

We checked in late and had the pleasure of being checked in by Xavier/Javier. What a treat!! Amazing customer service. He informed us of our upgrade to 42nd floor, allowed us to choose downtown or uptown views, and gave us all the info needed to ensure we have a great stay. Haven't been in even 4 hrs yet but had to leave a review. Fantastic guy. Came by at about noon to drop our bags and that went seamlessly, items kept in a safe space in the bag. This hotel is awesome. The room is beautiful and the views are to die for

That we are here only one night. Should have chosen this hotel for the entire week
