Ottima posizione, centralissima e buona pulizia
Pros:

La posizione è centrale e perfetta per visitare la città sia con i mezzi pubblici sia a piedi. La stanza era di giuste dimensioni per due persone e veniva rassettata e pulita tutti i giorni. Inoltre noi eravamo al 29 piano e la vista era meravigliosa.

Cons:

La colazione era poco varia e non sempre di buona qualità , prevalevano cibi confezionati.

Very nice stay in New York
Pros:

The location is close to markets, shops and pharmacies. Safe area around. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. Daily cleaning service and a 24h coffee bar in the reception made my stay very comfortable

Cons:

Nothing except the booth for some other company providing airport transports and city tours. They are not very honest as I booked a private transport to the airport and I found they got me a shuttle with 8 people and the driver had to stop at each terminal after which I arrived late to my flight. I would appreciate if they told me this earlier so at least I could schedule my timings

La ubicación excelente, muy buen desayuno y el personal muy agradable y facilitador.

Cons:

Reservé una habitación con camas dobles y eran unas camas muy pequeñas para dormir dos personas. Y no había apenas espacio para dejar la ropa ni las maletas.

view from the room on the 31st floor was great.

I was surprised that the window opens... seems super dangerous...

room was very snug but that's how it is mostly in New York City.

still, it had in it everything we needed.

clean and comfortable.

And the elevator is super fast...
