My stay was very comfortable, the room was clean! The place was quiet and comfortable, n the beds were the best , I enjo

Easy to find and easy check in 🙂

Cons:

Didn’t have the normal holiday inn breakfast , not much variety of breakfast ! The AC also wasn’t very cold and took awhile to cool the room 🙂

We were just there for a concert, location was convenient but room was very comfortable

A relaxing getaway
Pros:

I enjoyed the easy check in I really have to give recognition to emi for all her help and the restaurant was truly wonderful friendly staff and overall an excellent hospitality

Cons:

The only thing I have to say about the property is the pool and hot tub they looked like they were not cleaned in a while especially the hot tub

Cons:

Said that because I used a third party to put my room they could not refund my money and I was unable to use my virtual credit card as a deposit and they wouldn't take cash. Everywhere I Go they always complain about me using a third party to book. I thought you were in business together so I don't understand why they always look down on you when you book with a third party
