Staff and customer service was excellent. Hotel is clean and safe to stay.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The staff was the best customer service was excellent. I have no complaints.

Cons:

Really nothing but the beds need to be a little more firm. But everybody has there own preference.

Good location but horrible bathtub.
Pros:

The location was good and the coffee.

Cons:

I didn't like how the bathtub had NO mat inside the tub to keep from slipping. My son had slipped and it caused a bruise on his face. The bathtub was super slippery and even my sisters kid slipped. Upon leaving it was mentioned to the front desk and I felt they didn't really care. I even called back and told the manager about what happened and hopefully it is corrected for future guests.
