Don’t bother, defo not a 3 or 4 star!!! Filthy place!
Pros:

Nothing, filthy with piss on toilet and God knows what under bathroom basin! Everywhere covered in dirt/dust. Linen and top runner on bed dirty too!
Don’t even look inside the lids of the bottles they provide with free water in them - inside lids filthy and rusty!

Cons:

Rules and regs for swimming pool except if you are Indian then you can wear whatever you like in pool and don’t have to bother wearing a swimming cap or shower cap over your long hair!
You can play ball games in the pool and scream and shut as much as you wish even in the evening when maybe guests are having a snooze or early night!
You can be in a party of many noisy people arriving at hotel at 2am and don’t give a damn about other guests.
Waiters lazy in collecting plates etc from rooms then leaving them on open stairwell… thereby encouraging rats and mice!
FFS there were only 3 floors!
Never again for the price, just shows how wrong you can be about reviews and stars!
For sure reviews were paid for and written by staff and friends!

Rooms are quite small in size.. Restaurant offers only veg food which is not preferred in Goa

Disappointing
Cons:

there is no wifi and mobile network in room, I complained from the time of check in, but nobody fixed it until I check out. even though I requested them to change my room but they didn’t help me for that. and lot of mosquitoes and other bees.
