While the staff did go above and beyond, i am disappointed in other areas. They charge for litteraly everything. I asked for iron, $10 for use. Even the water, $1. Anything you needed , towels etc, extra charge. I understand it is not an all inclusive hotel, but to charge for everything is ridiculous. They offered for an extra fee, ofcourse, buffet meal. The funny thing is, you can only serve yourself once. Thats not the idea of a buffet.

This has a good customer service at the reception but when I was checking out I had to wait for someone to go and check the villa to be sure that I guest i didn't take anything it was uncontrollable moment like if was a criminal
The shower door was really hard to close and open
The villa had so many insect every were every single water or soda or food that we order i need to be signed
The cleaning lady did a great job but someone how insect were able to get inside
The access to the beach is very dangerous
I had to pay about $180.00 for two days of food for two persons but it doesn't includes sodas o alcoholic drinks and so i had to spend and extra $110.00 on drinks so in total $290.⁰0 plus what i pay for my staying so for me it was to expensive for the low quantity of place

Property needs repairs, the door on the room was hard to close.

I stayed for one night, and that was more than enough.

To start with the positives: the staff at the lobby were very pleasant and welcoming. The master villas were spacious and clean — no complaints there.

Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The kids’ water play area was closed for maintenance in the middle of the day, and when it finally opened, only two slides ran for 15 minutes before being shut down again.

The restaurant area was disorganized and lacked enough seating. While the staff tried their best, it was poorly managed. Even worse, stray dogs and cats were walking around the dining area — extremely unhygienic.

The promotions on social media do not reflect the reality of this place. Stay away! I will not return and do not recommend it.

Overall beds were comfortable more pillows as they were small and for the beach which is great because it’s private there needs to be more cleaning in the beach outside and inside there was took much plastic around . Other than that the place is a great retreat area

Not at expected

Unfortunate the unit that was given to us was not up to any standart or condition to be rented out, unit had a leaking HVAC unit that cause one of the main beds to be soaking wept and unfortunately we did not discover this till late, reception and customer service was close as they close early 7pm. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and both of the sinks on the unit were loose and unstable. They did end up moving us to another init the next day but were really not apologetic for except of one individual that identify jimself as in charge of cleaning crew. The resort is located in a popular beach area but if you are vissiting keep in mind that the beach is rocky and only have small areas were I would considered safe to swim. The overall service when using the club is not good, service is slow and waiters only come around when you call them, the food menu is limitted and food is not good for the price. Would not come back to this resort.

I really enjoyed this place. The property is clean and well maintained. All staff are really helpful and respectful. Loved the staff at the restaurant. I was not impressed with the food, though! I would dare to say terrible food! Don't try the flan, please!

i didn't have a good experience at all, the resort didn't give me the wooden thing to put on the door to come clean my room and give me new towel, the phone in the room doesn't work, the reception didn't answer my calls when i called off my phone. nowhere does it have in the description that the resort is mostly for people with a car and is not really accessible for people who walk. then when i was gonna check out i was changing and the maid opens the blinds outside and looks inside without knocking and invading my privacy. the pool was dirty and not maintained throughout the day just once in the morning and night with a lot of people coming in and out. poor customer service and i will be making a video on my bad experiences at this resort. poor quality.

Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio, la comida exquisita !!! Las piscinas limpias y toda el area incluyendo la playa.
