I TRUly enjoyed Tru! It was nice and clean, and there everyone was so friendly! It is such a fun place, and we will most definitely return for sure!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were immaculate, and the managers were very engaging with guests in the lobby, and helpful with local food and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back here next time we are visiting the area!

We had a great time. It was very clean, very nice staff, the only complaint we have is that the front desk lady in the night was a little cold but we LOVEDDDD Erin. She was very helpful with rearranging our stays. We will be back!

Stayed here for a night away and it was amazing! The ambiance was absolutely incredible and the staff was so nice. Checking in was smooth and easy, I was informed of all accommodations and local things to eat and do. I’ll definitely be staying here again soon.

The front desk lady Erin was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with friendly smiles every time I walked through the lobby and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. She even remembered my name and went out of her way to help with directions and dining suggestions. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about their guests like this.

During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue with your reservation system. While trying to book a room, I received a notification stating that the room I attempted to reserve was no longer available. I immediately made a reservation at another hotel based on the confirmation that your hotel was sold out.
Despite my attempts to clarify the situation with your staff, I did not receive the assistance I expected to resolve this matter promptly. I called the hotel to ask them to release the room and issue me a credit. There were no rooms available in the area and management could have easily filled the room. They refused to release the room, which sat empty despite very few available rooms in the area due to a Tigers home playoff game.
Additionally, the lack of effective communication from your staff made the situation even more challenging. I was met with indifference rather than understanding, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I believe that an establishment of your caliber should prioritize customer service and take proactive steps to address issues that arise.

It was a well kept hotel, clean but not especially clean. Hair in the shower, back of ear ring on the bathroom floor.

Quiet and clean

It’s new and clean and does the job. No complaints.

The hotel hallways were super dirty, as if someone accidentally dumped some trash and didn't vacuum it up. Sheets were stained. Bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. Only positive - beds were comfy.

I loved the automated pancake machine and the colors and aesthetic of the building!

New building is nice. Great amenities. Free coffee 24/7. Family friendly, w/ reasonable prices. Shower water pressure was terribly low and bathroom sink drained poorly. Bed was comfortable. Good HVAC.
