Pros:

近くのコインパーキングが安くて良かったです。
フロントの方々の接客は満点です！
大浴場があるのも良く、どこも綺麗で、清潔感バッチリでした！また、来年も絶対に泊まります！！

Cons:

大浴場の入口排水口のつまり？！脱衣場の方へドアの隙間から排水出来ないお湯が入り込み分厚いマットがびっしょりでして、、、伝えるのを忘れてしまいましたが、8(金)の夜大変な事になってました、、、

Very cozy and most welcoming stay!!!
Pros:

Distance to nearest stations is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful, all hotel amenities are very nice and pleasant, and room was cozy and very clean.

Cons:

Nothing but besides not being able to use the onsen due to my tattoos but i understand that it’s their rules so cannot be mad at that.

部屋は綺麗ですが寝れないのが困った
Cons:

隣の方のいびきが夜中の３時から聞こえて眠れなかった
朝６時に起きてもまだ聞こえてたのでびっくりした
トイレがアンモニア臭がした

Affordable and value for money if you look for stay close to tenjin centre
Pros:

Advanced technology for easy check in & check out. Supportive desk staff that help us book the taxi to the airport.
Walkable distance to tenjin centre and bus stop close by

Cons:

A bit far from train station by walk, & bus stop even though seems in front of the hotel, need long walkaround to reach. No daily room cleanup and we have to take out the trash and towels out ourselves, which is a bit inconvenient.

整體很乾淨，房間坪數不小、應該是新旅館。公共設施有溫泉可以使用，服務人員也很親切。

Pros:

Toplocatie, alles dichtbij. Comfortabel bed, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt een bad (denk: onsen) nemen in het hotel. Wasmachine en droger werken goed.

Cons:

Ik heb eenmaal ontbeten, maar koos er toch voor buiten de deur te eten. De kamer was vrij klein qua oppervlak, maar ik was grotendeels weg, dus geen probleem
