Nothing really
Location was perfect. Beautiful views and room was perfect. Front desk staff (Blane and Joey) were excellent. Gave us perfect recommendations whenever we asked.

Attention to detail! The staff was very helpful. They offer unique amenities, like coffee bars on every floor. The design of the rooms and common spaces was modern and comfortable.
We could not find a phone number to reach the front desk. We could only text.
Out door fire pits. We could bring our dog. The burgers were great. The music.
The price for our pup per night of eighty dollars per night is ridiculous. The resort fee of a hundred and thirty dollars is ridiculous. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad. Waffles and frozen burritos..I've had much better choices from much lower end hotels. We spent almost a $1000 for a weekend. At the Eddy. We won't be back.
Beautiful hotel and great location but my favorite part was the coffee machine and e-bikes both complimentary!

A bit far out of town
It’s a wonderful place to stay at and has some great perks. 1. It’s close to the quaint downtown area of Golden. 2. They offer transportation to Red Rocks for a fee. The hotel is clean and has a wonderful Tap Room with good food & drinks. It’s a great place!
Being on the first floor and viewing the fire pit with people sitting around it.

In our junior suite double beds seemed lumpy and old. Didn’t realise proximity to highways/big roads

Property was great but signage for where to check in was a lil confusing… I thought it was a restaurant but went in to ask if this was the check in spot and the front desk girl seemed rude and non welcoming… everyone else was nice though
The facilities were updated and modern! Coffee stations on each floor. Bar staff and front desk were super friendly.
