Tropical Hideaway

The hotel design is impressive, but I feel it's not managed well, making it seem a bit worn. The pictures look much better than the actual situation. The sea view is lovely, but there’s no staff available after around 8 or 9 PM, which raises concerns about security. I believe hotel management could be improved. While free breakfast is provided, there are only two options available. I believe the hotel rates are too high.

Loved everything about this place, especially the bath on the balcony! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend :)

I truly enjoyed the time at Tropical Hideaway as a solo traveller. The proximity to the sea and the mountain, not to mention Olleh hiking trails, made it so perfect. Only downside is reataurants because most of them close relatively early. Swimming pool was almost to myself during the day, and the bathtub after night run made my day.

가족여행으로 4박 묶었습니다. 방 크기며 테라스 그리고 욕조까지 아주 큼직하고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 바닷가 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔이라서 바다 전망도 아주 좋았구요. 아침 조식은 2가지가 번갈아 가며 나오는데 스프부터 과일까지 아주 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셔서 편안하고 즐겁운 시간 보냈습니다. 다음에 다시 찾아가고 싶은 호텔로 강추해 드립니다.

객실안에 은은한향과 함께 바다전망으로 형제섬과 아침에 일출도 볼 수 있고 2층에 수영장 있어서 좋았어요.
아침도 한상차림으로 어찌나 예쁘게 나오던지 ㅎㅎ
아침에 송악산 둘레길도 걸어 보고 근처에 걸어가 갈 수 있는 식당들 있어서 머물기 참 좋았어요~
시간이 되면 또 방문하고 싶어요~

Stayed for 4 nights, breakfast is either egg Benedict or French toast served on alternate days, will be better if there is more variety. Requested for plain bread as one of us was down with tummy discomfort but kitchen staff were unable to accommodate the request. Place is otherwise nice, facing sea, complimentary drinks

Spectacular view, custom furnishing and excellent service.

Tucked away in the corner of Jeju island, the hotel is a gem, offering unblocked view of the sea. Nice terrace with tub. Confortable room and bed. Heated floor and heated pool. Loved it a lot!

Friendly staff, amazing infinity pool and spacious room. Nothing we could have asked for more. Highly recommended!

I can’t rave enough about this hotel. Amazing location, super friendly staff, delicious food, and the private bathtub on the balcony was fantastic. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next trip to Jeju. Highly recommend.

잠깐 머무르고 가기에는 좀 과분한 숙소 였습니다. 아침 일출은 장관이었습니다.

발리나 푸켓을 연상하는 분위기의 객실에서, 햇살 찰랑이는 오션뷰까지! 이국적인 곳에서 힐링 호캉스 잘 했습니다. 발코니에 널찍하고 멋진 돌 욕조가있어서 겨울에 노천탕에 온듯 반신욕을 잘 했어요. 조식도 맛있고 까페도 분위기가 좋았어요. 인테리어 소품 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓴 흔적이 납니다.

Very nice hotel. The room we stayed at was very nice. The decor was very luxurious. We enjoyed the terrace. Views were amazing of the 2 brother islands. There should be more signage from the parking lot to show where the reception is. There is no 24hr desk. Staff was very kind and polite. Free breakfast was well done. The area around it is a bit dead, but that was alright since we drove in anyways.

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and stunning view. Car recommended. Exploring region by bus takes its time :)

Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is super clean. The decorations are clean and elegant. The food was amazing. Will stay again!
