There is possibly for improvement regarding the breakfast service, especially since there are no restaurants serving breakfast in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Need cups in room; drink water in room.

A localização é excelente. Dentro do sawgrass mills.

Cons:

O serviço foi muito ruim. Demoravam muito para limpar o quarto e alguns dias não vieram, tivemos que pedir ativamente para limparem o quarto. No dia que fomos sair bateram 3 vezes para limpar entre 9:00 e 12:00, como se estivesse nos expulsando. Sem sentido algum. Não tinha café expresso no bar. O chuveiro vazava muita água para o banheiro e tínhamos que colocar 2-3 toalhas para não formar uma piscina no quarto. Saia do banho e pisava na toalha totalmente encharcada. Horrível.
