Quando cheguei, apesar de ter reservado há muito e de estar tudo pago, disseram-me que não tinham quarto e que teriam de me colocar num outro hotel para onde teria de me deslocar sozinha.Inaceitável. Obviamente que não aceitei.
Colocaram-me num quarto situado sob o ginásio, pelo que acordava com o barulho das passadeiras.

I stayed for one night for work, and all was very good.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, bathrooms and all that was needed was there.

Cons:

The breakfast range was a little limited, but that is very critical not because I didn't enjoy my breakfast.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, the free shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront every evening was an unexpected bonus. Walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to the promenade easily. Very safe area.
