Pros:

Breakfast was a typical contenetal style breakfast. Nothing fancy.

Cons:

There could have been more variety. A choice of bagels along with bread choices. A better selection of fruit. Only apples were available. Bananas and oranges could have been included. Scrambled eggs were a nice surprise rather than "egg pancake". A better selection of muffins.

Location good for our trip. Large, clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast and coffee was underwhelming. I asked for a copy of my final receipt. I was told my copy would be emailed. I did not receive the email with my receipt for two rooms. They also charged my credit card for the room rates plus the $200 damage deposit for two rooms on June 26th. Luckily someone must have noticed and on June 27th that full amount was reversed and the correct total for the two rooms was charged.

The fan in the room did not work properly. There was a weird gurgling sound from the fridge. The pillows were awful!!! I did not get a good sleep.

Was decent for the first time visiting.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was subpar. Hot food served took extra time for refilling. Bread products were eaten quickly and not restocked until asked. No pancake or waffle maker.

Disappointing
Pros:

Great location to the airport, and the staff were pleasant. Good breakfast. We could park our vehicles at the hotel for the duration of our trip.

Cons:

For a new hotel, it was disappointing that it wasn't being fixed up. We had a damaged window curtain, stains on our shower curtain , lifting wallpaper on the windowsill, and a broken drain plug. The hallways had not been vacuumed . We also booked a shuttle the night before, and it never arrived. The morning staff had to re order it.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Everything was very good, the staff, the location , and the room are perfect. The view on the airport throughout the window is adorable. Thank you

Cons:

There was no shower gel provided, only soap and shampoo-conditioner and body lotion small tubes. And there is a big leakage trace on the ceiling
