Мы останавливались в отеле всего на одну ночь на годовщину нашей свадьбы. Нам понравился профессионализм и скорость реакции на запросы батлера Анжелы. Ей отдельное спасибо! Всё остальное было очень посредственно и даже близко не соответствует уровню сети Mandarin Oriental. Ранее полученный опыт в этой сети на Комо и в Дубае был испорчен.

Cons:

К сожалению, неприятные мелочи сопровождали нас на каждом шагу. Мы приехали в отель на своем автомобиле. При высадке из автомобиля никто не предложил помочь с вещами и проводить нас до ресепш. Автомобиль забрал вале сервис. Вещей у нас было немного. При заселении в номер нас ждал комплимент от отеля на годовщину свадьбы: шары (очень мило), небольшие сладости и бутылка газированной воды (это вызвало искренний смех). Номер был пыльным, кровать не была застелена надлежащим образом (простынь не была заправлена). Принадлежности в ванной уровня 3* европейского отеля. Особенно поразил набор для чистки зубов, а именно зубная паста в бумажном пакетике. Душевая лейка в номере была сломана. Праздничный ужин мы забронировали в итальянском ресторане Olea, о чем сильно пожалели. Кто любит и понимает итальянскую кухню - вам точно не сюда.
Завтрак в отеле поставил жирную точку. Помимо нас в ресторане было занято всего три стола. При этом весь завтрак мы просидели с заставленным грязными тарелками столом. Наверное, мы привыкли останавливаться в Fourseasons и Peninsula и Стамбульский Мандарин Ориентал выглядел очень бледно.

Wonderful days at Mandarin Oriental
Pros:

The location of the Mandarin Oriental is absolutely excellent — perfectly situated and incredibly convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I would like to give special recognition to the housekeeping team, particularly Hakime, whose room cleaning was superb. The room was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and attended to with great care and attention to detail. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out.

I would also like to commend Neslihan at Novikov. Her attention to detail and her friendly, welcoming face made my morning breakfasts an absolute joy. Her service added a wonderful start to each day.

Overall, a truly wonderful stay, elevated by exceptional service from the staff.
