Unknowledgable lady staff at check in

Cons:

Stayed a night for the start and end of my trip. Booked the exact same rooms for each (3 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child). Was charged an additional 11000 won for my 6 year old the first time room although I already paid for 3 rooms which could accommodate 6 adults. The staff didn't know what she was doing

Pros:

El hotel siempre estaba muy limpio y la habitación era de muy buen tamaño. Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación ya que no podíamos rentar coche y está muy cerca de la ciudad (caminando) y de las paradas principales que realizan los tours. También hay playas muy cerca en camión.

Todo perfecto!
Pros:

Fue una parada breve pero muy acertada. La habitación era justo lo que necesitábamos incluso tenía una máquina de videojuegos clásica para distraerte un rato y volver a tu infancia por un momento. El personal ha sido muy amable y la habitación también estaba perfecta.

Good value stay , located close to Jeju Airport
Pros:

Decent room sizes and good value for money. Loved the availability of washing machine and dryer within the hotel.

No amenities, room was tiny, no air-conditioning because it was supposedly winter, extra charge for a child when i booked 3 rooms with only 5 adults and 1 child

Great stay, but be aware of road noise especially in low level rooms
Pros:

My cousin and I stayed in a 2 bedroom city view apartment. It was comfortable and we really liked having 2 separate bathrooms. The location is great, close to the airport yet within walking distance of the new downtown area, with plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants to choose from. Reception staff spoke excellent English.

Cons:

Our apartment faced the main road and it was noisy which affected sleep. We were on the third floor. The hotel does not allow air con at the end of March when we stayed. We were advised to open the windows but of course, this made the room even noisier. Also, be warned that there is only one lift, which is jam packed during peak hours.

It was a good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel offer free laundry access and also drinking water in the room. Has adequate means of vending machine within hotel lobby. There was free parking and the staffs were really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Location requires short walk to the main shopping streets and restaurants
