周遭環境及公共空間體驗良好,惟浴室設施水壓不足,感受不佳。
Pros:

住宿地點在山房山附近,附近環境適合散步,早晨運動。
住宿設施齊全,公共空間足夠,每日都會清潔打掃,更換毛巾。
房間數量多,適合多人出遊,享有個人空間,並都有獨立的浴室。
有洗衣機可以洗衣服,對於住宿多日的旅客非常方便。

Cons:

浴室水壓不足,雖有3間浴室,但同時只能使用1間,因水壓不足,水溫不夠,遇上天氣寒冷,洗澡洗得很辛苦,連廚房用水也會影響到浴室熱水,浴室內無放置衣物櫥櫃或可吊掛的地方,換洗衣物無地方可放。
房間內沒有櫥櫃或衣架可吊掛衣物,純粹只有床位可睡覺,放置行李箱空間稍嫌不足,床頭櫃的插座鬆動,無法使用,只能到客廳的插座使用。

空間滿大的，而且地理位置很好，走路可以去逛街，但房間因為地熱的關係，不開窗有點太熱啦

Pros:

During my five weeks of travelling in Japan and Korea, ventimo hotel was the best out of 10 hotels i have stayed.

Room size, condition of room, amenities, view, free parking etc etc. Everything was perfect.

제주공항이랑 가까움. 기계식 주차장 입출을 도와주시는 분이 계셔서 좋았음. 출발하기 15분 전에 리셉션으로 전화하면 됨

Clean & Value for Money
Pros:

Small but comfy and clean, understood from my tour guide cum driver that this hotel is popular with Singaporeans, Malaysians and Indonesians and that it was opened about 3 years ago so everything is still pretty new. Love the new and industrial sized washer and dryer in common area, just need to pay for detergent and dryer sheets or you can bring your own capsules like what I did. The bedding is very comfortable but pillows could be better, a bit too flat. Housekeeping lady is very enthusiastic to provide us with change of towels etc. I like the COWAY water purifier in the room. Convenience store just beside the hotel and there's a VERY good fried chicken place just meters away. We stayed 5 nights and had it twice, too bad it was closed on our final night else we would have eaten it 3x!!! I stayed in a 2 bedroom family room and I must say it is value for money. This place is a short drive from Jeju airport. McD is about 10 mins away and the shopping area is about 15-20 min walk.

Cons:

Pillows are rather flat. Would be good if they provided foldable rack for us to open up our luggage as the room is pretty small. Can't seem to adjust the aircon but at times it will auto go up or down by a degree or two.
