The property was in a good location and looks great on the outside. The staff at reception were pleasant and it is close to a great coffee shop called 88 Seoul.
The rooms didn’t look the same as the images online. The rooms could have been cleaner as there was hair on the floors and in the bath tub. It also would have been ideal to have a proper shower as you have to crouch down to prevent all the water from going everywhere. Also the sink tap was hanging on for dear life.

Tranquil place, well located about 1km from many attractions in HCMC.
There was a beautiful bath, in the bathroom. However it rocked slightly when you got in it.

The little coffee shop right opposite was lovely and well worth a visit.
The sliding doors onto a shared balcony were broken, I mentioned this and was told they would be fixed the following day, when we returned they had not been touched. This was a big safety issues that they didn't address. The pool while looks nice on the photo's is really a glorified pond, you can't swim in it and there is nowhere around the pol to sit at all.
The staff were so friendly, the pool was beautiful the bed was so so so so comfy!!!!!!!!!

If you take a shower in bathroom it's so hard to not make the floor wet. There is no curtain.
