Very small car park so parked away from hotel but we were advised of this prior to the stay and turned up late.

Self Checkin was nice and simple easy access to the property and that it was close to the local pubs/restaurants
Perfect for my single-night stay - superb location, and a lovely characterful/ homely feel. Self-catering breakfast options were much appreciated too.
Car park could maybe get a little tight for manoeuvring when full (though that wasn't the case on our visit), but nearby Hillside was fine for additional parking space.
Easy to check in, great size room & good parking. Loved the communal kitchen & felt like we were really welcomed. The hotel did their best to accommodate our early check in request too. Very grateful! Thank you!

Nothing really.
We liked the self-serve breakfast available in the kitchen. There was milk, cereal, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee etc. There were 2 stoves and 2 ovens, a fridge, freezer and toaster in the well-equipped kitchen that we could use.
We appreciated having a clean, comfortable ground-floor room and being so close to the bus stop and shops. The self-checkin system was unfamiliar but worked for us. Management was very helpful.
Having a washing machine we could use would have been helpful.
L'appartamento è accogliente come ci si aspetta da un Hotel. Il Self checkin è molto comodo e permette di arrivare anche ad orari "folli" con aerei oltre la mezzanotte, senza disturbare nessuno.
Letto molto comodo.
Polvere sulle tazze da caffè, sui biscotti in omaggio e su altre zone della casa. Andrebbe spolverato tutto, non solo i comodini. In bagno la ventola non funzionava e c'era una strana puzza che proveniva probabilmente dallo scarico. Bisognerebbe prestare attenzione alla ventola del bagno e alla puzza.
