Rats in this property. Be aware!
Pros:

We should have known better. Other reviews mentioned mice in the property. But we saw rats, not mice. And they ran around in the ceilings all night long on both the second floor and the third floor. Our stay was during Mardi Gras so we payed a premium for 8 of us to stay there. The place is actually very large, old, but pretty inside, and convenient to parades and the New Orleans CBD, but the rats ruined it. We left one night early and got a one night refund. But definitely not worth the price to stay with rats running around all night. Also, no parking and 2 steep stairways but we were aware of those inconveniences beforehand.

Just a great place clean very roomy and quiet we will definitely stay here again great for large groups

Pros:

This property was gorgeous! It was perfect for our bachelorette party of 10! There were so many dining and bar options within walking distance, we never needed to take an Uber! And the quarter was just a quick 14 minute walk away.
