Great option for stay in the city centre
Pros:

- Nicely furnished room with balcony, cleaness, everyday they cleaned the room.
- Very kind staff all the days, just everyone was kind.
- Location in the city center, lots of security around that is happy to walk you to the nearby places.
- Possibility to have breakfast at the hotel, nice bar in the ground floor.
- great communication when maling a booking and all along our stay

Location not the best but great staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly, great breakfast and good rooftop pool bar. Decent beds and rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

Location opposite of parliament building, not very inspiring and walking towards the ocean will force you to cross some dodgy streets. Furniture a bit worn.

Access to the pool was locked. Just improve your hospitality
Cons:

I had stayed in the place before ,loved it cause it is central. However,the television had only the Netflix channel, no news, no sport. I went for Two Oceans Marathon. Even on Netflix it will show you that too many people are connected ,unable to connect.Could not follow the news. The WIFI is slow. Called reception, unable to assist. Lifts were not working on my arrival day till the race day.

Will definitely go back
Pros:

The room was amazing!
and the food was really good and affordable.
The happy hour was definitely my highlight.
The staff was friendly and willing to help.
The lady even assisted me to book an Uber to the airport

Cons:

I pretty much liked everything about the place.
Just the price that was a little bit steep but otherwise definitely a place I can recommend to fellow travelers that will be visiting Cape Town.
Wi-Fi could have been better.

Pros:

This was a very pleasant surprise! I appreciate the value for money, the flexibility and willingness to accomodate my need for early check-in, cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness and courteousness of all the staff we encountered from the front desk down to the servers. My friend and I especially appreciated the fact that there's an airport shuttle. The driver, Clint is an incredible person and definitely an asset to the Urban Oasis CBD. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GUESTS.

Cons:

Although the location is centrally located downtown which is a bonus, it is understandably noisy and has some dubious characters around. That said, Urban Oasis has a safety guide brochure. Just be wise and have your wits about you!

The apartment/room is beautiful and well kept.
