Pros:

The room we had is not properly cleaned got hair on the bathroom when we got there.
The bed has bedbugs biting our feet. The staff is not even accommodating.

Pros:

Front desk didn't perform thteir duty. After we checkout, they refused to book taxi for us to airport and told us to get a taxi on the street. Luckily the Japanese staff working in the hotel cafe manage to book a taxi for us.

No bottle water, tea bag and ibstant coffe provided in the room.

夫婦でツインの喫煙ルームを利用しました。
チェックインの際、受付の方が2人居たのですが、どちらも日本人の方ではなく、説明が少し判りづらかったです。
部屋の設備はとても良かったのですが、タバコの匂いがかなり残っています。
喫煙ルーム希望なので仕方ないのですが、匂いに慣れるまでは少し辛かったです。もう少し消臭の徹底をお願いしたいと思いました。

一日中物音がしてうるさくて眠れなかった。犬と泊まれるホテルだったので、そこは加点だが、ホームページで書いてあるようなサービスはなかった。

チェックインも有人の場合はスローペースで時間がかかる。また外国人スタッフしかいない模様

연박의 경우 청소서비스는 숙박객이 원하지 않을 시에는 안해주는거는 좋으나, 새로운 타올이나 어메니티는 직접 카운터에 요청해야만 하는게 불편했습니다 문에 걸어주는 서비스가 있으면 좋겠습니다
