Lage war sehr gut und das Hotel an sich auch schön, aber siehe unten

An sich ein tolles Hotel aber eine Sache hat uns wirklich sehr enttäuscht und das bedingt auch die schlechte Bewertung. Meine Tochter war krank und wir wollten eine Schale trockenen Reis mit aufs Zimmer nehmen da wir immer 3000 Yen für das Frühstück bezahlt hatten. Die durften wir trotz mehrfachem Bitten nicht, angeblich aus hygienischen Gründen weil auf dem Weg zum Zimmer das Essen kontaminiert werden könnte und sie deshalb krank werden könnte (es ging explizit nicht darum, dass man auf dem Zimmer nicht essen soll, denn es gab sogar eine Mikrowelle um sich Essen zu erwärmen und dies dann auf dem Zimmer zu essen). Aber Kaffee hätten wir mitnehmen dürfen, der kann anscheinend nicht kontaminiert werden. Als ich dann einen Kaffee mitnehmen wollte für mich um 9h35 bekam ich nicht mal mehr einen kleinen schluck Milch mehr da um 9h30 Last order war. Da kann ein Hotel noch so schön sein …

房間內各項設備配置合理，在整個生活動作上讓人很自然能適應，服務人員是我最喜歡的那種認真卻不過於熱心，沒有壓力的服務。早餐裡大概9成的菜品都很好吃。（我算挑嘴的）
