Pros:

Dans l'ensemble bien, mais quelques choses à revoir:
Tarifs trop élevés. Pas de mouchoirs dans les chambres, pas de machine à café, pas de bouteille d'eau... Petit déjeuné trop cher (14.50€).

The room had double aspect windows. It was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. Extra bedding was provided. There was a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't have a restaurant for evening meals. It had a bar. The breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, croissants, etc. The only thing which would have improved our stay would be to have a sign for the hotel at the end of the street. It was awkward to find.

Pros:

Prestations à la hauteur de ce que cet hôtel affiche ! Propreté, accueil, confort, calme sont au rendez-vous...Seul le service restauration pêche par un manque criant de professionnalisme (l'accueil est pour autant très sympa !).

I found the Air Conditioning & Ventilation a bit lacking. Windows do open a bit, but the noise from the street is pretty loud.
Not sure how comfortable this place would be in the hottest part of summer.

Pros:

Hotel pulito e ordinato, personale gentile. Camere nella media come grandezza. Unico difetto l'armadio di design ma molto difficile da utilizzare, una gabbia.
