Heerlijk ruime en schone kamer, met voldoende keukenfaciliteiten. Op loopafstand van het centrum, maar toch een fijne stille plek door het soort hofje waarin het is gelegen. Terrasje voor de kamer was ook erg prettig. Ontvangst heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam.
La ubicación es muy buena en el centro en una área muy tranquila a unos minutos de dos mercados grandes y súper facil de llegar al área más turística del centro.
Las habitaciones son como casitas que tienen todo lo necesario para la estancia tienen aire y ventilador además tienen un patio muy bonito con mesas y sillas.
El personal es muy amable en general me gusto todo 😊.

El lugar es excelente. Muy cerca del centro para los precios de Mérida. La casa es un poco antigua pero todo funciona perfecto. Son muy amables y hay de todo, incluso para cocinar, además del maravilloso jardín.
La verdad no entiendo porque hay tantos comentarios negativos. Es un muy buen alojamiento.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The studio is worn down, poorly maintained, and the WiFi was so weak it was barely usable for work. The surrounding neighborhood feels unsafe and neglected — more like a slum than a residential area.
The biggest issue was the constant noise. A long‑term neighbor in Studio 3 spent hours yelling into her phone on speaker, singing loudly, and making continuous disturbance both indoors and outdoors. This was not an isolated incident — it happened daily, making it impossible to rest or work.
When I reported this, the host dismissed it, saying “no one else has complained,” as if basic peace and quiet were unreasonable to expect. No solution was offered in practice, since the promised refund never materialized. The property was the cheapest available at the time of booking, and without an actual refund, I was left stuck in an untenable situation.
I left as soon as my salary was deposited, because the entire situation felt unsafe and intimidating.
Overall, this was one of the most uncivilized and unpleasant living environments I have ever experienced. I strongly advise against booking this property.
Erg goede locatie. Fijne bedden en airco is erg fijn (in het warme Merida). Wij komen graag terug.
Me encantó el lugar, la atención del personal, las instalaciones limpias y de buena calidad. Cómodo, accesible y cerca del centro de la ciudad, todo te queda muy cerca caminando.
Tiene exactamente lo que buscaba , más me agradó la cocina está perfecta para prepararse casi cualquier alimento
