Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, great service and excellent location.

Cons:

Room service was not ideal, came in boxes and $5 to be delivered to the room. This should be free.

Cons:

The toilet was very low. Pork belly we had for dinner was burnt. Not enough vegetables on the plate, meals expensive.

Outstanding Stay at Albany's Best Hotel!
Pros:

This was my first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Albany and I had a very memorable experience. The receptionist "Tara" is very polite & professional. She welcomed me cheerfully & helped me with my check-in process as fast and efficient as possible. Moreover, "Tara" has given me a room with a partial bay view, which is really beautiful. Also, she was so kind to help me get a late check-out on my last day at the hotel. She made everything feel so easy & she did an amazing job with her service.
The room is very modern & I loved the decor of the rooms. The beds & pillows are super comfortable, the bathroom is spacious & super clean, and the sofa is such a nice addition to the room. The rooms service kept the room perfectly maintained & cleaned everyday and they deserve a big thank you for their hard work & efforts. The parking is massive and I never had problems with finding a spot late at night. Daily breakfast is included as part of my stay and it was quite good. I liked that they let you press your own fresh juice & they got an automatic pancake maker too.
Hilton Garden Inn Albany has a perfect location that is just a 10-13 walking distance from the City Centre's restaurants and markets. It is also directly located on the boat harbor, next to Albany Entertainment Centre.
Overall, I highly recommend staying at Hilton Garden Inn Albany, and I would be so happy to be back again.
