Lovely weekend stay
Pros:

A contemporary clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

Breakfast next morning was like a Coles cafeteria. So many people and no clean cups or glasses to get a drink from so waiting for a coffee and juice. The pancake mix ran out so kids were lining up next to tables with no space between us. It was awful and spoilt our stay. Staff did their best but just couldnt keep up with demand.

Cons:

Climate control console in room difficult to navigate until you worked out what was what. Suggest an information card on how to navigate and operate properly.

A shame: our stay at Hilton Busselton was much nicer
Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

To get room service was a nightmare. Plus a $5 fee to bring up one flight of stairs (there is an option to collect but we were bathing, feeding getting Bub to sleep).
The baby’s mattress was made upside down (so she was sleeping on cardboard until we noticed). When I told the reception the next day, she didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. I wonder how the staff would like to sleep on cardboard and not be able to communicate they are uncomfortable.
