The Hilton Albany an amazing place to stay
Pros:

Connie our concierge was amazing. She made us feel like we were home. Great parking. Amazing shower , strong pressure.

Cons:

Sink pressure was a little bit strong, it splashed back.

Pros:

There was service desk 24/7 so checkin was easy. Area around was convenient as there is cafe & resturant around although it was very packed other than the cafe/resturant in the hotel. Lift availability to direct room. Good view at the top floor across the sea view

Cons:

The parking near the hotel was limited and need to park a distance away and need to tow the luggage to hotel.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast and two dinners at the restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to stay at the Hilton garden Inn .
