The hotel is located just a few minutes from Guarulhos Airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The complimentary shuttle service was reliable and easy to use. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the reception team, who were welcoming, efficient, and very helpful.
