Bomba!!
Pros:

Genialne miejsce, blisko knajpek, restauracji, kanapkowni ( śniadaniowni ), supermarketów - blisko centrum, bardzo fajny pokój, czysto, nowocześnie -bomba! Zero problemów, szybkie zameldowanie, kompletnie bezproblemowe miejsce, wszyscy uśmiechnięci, przyjaźnie nastawieni, cudowny czas!

Apartamento cómodo pero SIN asistencia ante falla de ascensor .
Pros:

Es la cuarta vez que me quedo en esta apartamento de 2 dormitorios .
Camas cómodas y limpio .
El sofá cama también es cómodo.

Cons:

No me gustó que el día que me retire a las 8.45 am el ascensor estuviera en mal estado .
Estábamos con 4 maletas grandes en 4 piso .
No había nadie en el edificio que nos comunicara la situación y nadie hasta el día de hoy respondió los whatsapp que envié para consultar si alguien podía ayudarnos .
Abajo hay un letrero puesto por la administración que dice atención 24/7 vía internet y nadie respondió .
Llame al número de celular que se indica en la pantalla de ingreso al edificio y no sabían NADA al respecto .
Quedamos bastante inquietos con esta situación .

purtroppo abbiamo avuto delle inconvenienze in quanto l’acqua calda non è andata per un giorno e mezzo, però fortunatamente sono stati molto accoglienti e hanno subito riparato il problema

Excelente alojamiento y muy céntrico
Pros:

El apartamento está nuevo, con un diseño moderno y muy cómodo. Tiene cocina completa con horno, microondas y lavavajillas, además de habitación en suite con baño incorporado y dos sofás-cama, perfecto para 5 personas que íbamos. Tener dos baños, es una ventaja añadida.

Pros:

We had a really great stay here, location was perfect, the apartment was clean and spacious and great for our family of 5. Very close to the metro and some very good food places.

Cons:

The sofa beds were not the most comfortable, but the main bed was very nice.

Práctico alojamiento en Malasaña
Pros:

Apartamento nuevo y cuidado, con una decoración muy agradable, en un edificio nuevo. Bonito detalle de bienvenida.

Cons:

El proceso de checking online resultó algo engorroso. El termostato no funcionaba. La entrada al portal algo sucia y en una calle con poca vida. Las almohadas muy incomodas. La presión del agua en la ducha insuficiente. El precio a pagar por mascota y día me parece excesivo. No tenía tv en la habitación.
