tolle Lage, nettes Personal, Sauberkeit sehr gut
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag in der 4. Etage, Blick auf Balkone von Nachbarhäusern.
im Hotel hat man sich wohlgefühlt, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist nur 350 m vom Hauptbahnhof Leipzig entfernt, befindet sich in der Altstadt, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war wegen der hohen Belegung und der Ausstattung (keine schallschutzdämmenden Einrichtungsgegenstände, sehr laut.

Gastfreundlich und sehr höflich und hilfsbereit !

Es gibt für die vielen Menschen nur einen Kaffeesutomat so dass halb 9bis halb 10 ständig 10 Leute da standen und gewartet haben bis sie ihren Kaffee rauslassen konnten .Desweiteren war die Waschtischarmatur total locker

Cons:

Den ganzen Aufenthalt kein Zimmerservice. Kein putzen, Eimer entleeren. Badezimmerhaken, fehlen, kein Mülleimer. Zwar neu renoviert, aber von Mobilar kann man nicht reden, eher wie in einer Jugendherberge. Die Fernsehwand macht das Zimmer noch kleiner. Gästen über 25 nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der angebotene Rotwein wird preiswert verkauft.

Cons:

Am Anreisetag war das Zimmer um 13:00 Uhr bereits fertig. Das Zimmer konnte nur gegen eine Gebühr von 15€ vor 15:00 Uhr bezogen werden. Wir durften die Koffer ohne Gebühr in der Rezeption lagern.
