חופשה מושלמת ושרות מושלם!!!
Pros:

השרות היה מעולה. הצוות מאוד אדיב ונענה לכל בקשה במאור פנים ובסבלנות. כל מה שביקשנו הביאו לנו לחדר, קומקום, כרית וכו. ואפילו שדרגו את החדר.

הצוות היה נעים ומקצועי מאוד ובפרט לויס בקבלה. המחיר היה הוגן. אזור מרכזי. בתי קפה ומסעדות ממש בסמוך. קניון ממילא במרחק הליכה והאזור סואן בלילה וזה כיף. מקווה שהמחיר יישאר הוגן ושאוכל להגיע שוב כי אני צריכה לשהות לילה אחד בשבוע בירושלים לצורכי עבודה ואם המחיר יעלה משמעותית לא אוכל לחזור

Cons:

הייתי מציעה להקפיד קצת יותר על ניקיון אבק בחדר כדי למקסם את תחושת הניקיון אבל ככלל מנצח כל מלון אחר שניסיתי בירושלים עד עכשיו וניסיתי הרבה לצורכי עבודה.

מיקום מעולה. במיוחד בשבת- איזור מאוד תוסס. גם הבר של המלון מאוד מצליח וצריך להזמין מקום מראש.
קיבלנו חדר גדול מרווח ונוח. הכל נקי.

אווירה טןבה באיזור הבריכה. ארוחת בוקר קונטיננטלית, שזה פחות מבחר מבופה אבל הכל היה טעים טרי ואיכותי.

Cons:

באסה רק שהמקלחת לא סגורה כמו שצריך אז המים יצאו קצת לחדר.

הרצפה בבריכהיפה אבל מתנדנדת.

J’ai été déçue par la différence de traitement appliquée aux clients. J’avais réservé ma chambre via Booking et j’ai demandé à conserver la chambre quelques heures de plus jusqu’au soir. L’hôtel m’a demandé un supplément de 300 shekels.

Mon frère, qui séjournait au même hôtel aux mêmes dates mais avait réservé directement auprès de l’établissement, a obtenu exactement le même service pour seulement 150 shekels.

Lorsque j’ai demandé une explication au personnel de l’hôtel, on m’a répondu que mon frère avait payé sa réservation plus cher que moi. Je ne considère pas cela comme une justification valable : j’ai payé le tarif qui m’a été proposé lors de ma réservation, et cela ne devrait pas entraîner un supplément deux fois plus élevé pour un service identique.

Je dispose des factures permettant de confirmer ces montants. Cette situation m’a donné le sentiment d’être pénalisée pour avoir réservé via Booking, ce qui est regrettable et a laissé une impression négative malgré le reste du séjour.

מיקום מרכזי, מלון יפה נעים, חדר גדול ומרווח, מרפסת גדולה, מענה מהיר מאוד מהצוות של המלון, אנטון מנהל המלון שירותי מאוד נותן יחס חם אוהב ודואג, לא אומרים לא לשום צורך. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר ממש ממש טעים.
הבריכה נעימה וכיפית.
