乾淨，無霉味。床軟硬適中，枕頭不大。在巷子內，夜晚寧靜。有洗衣粉和洗碗精等備品。實際環境比官網照片更明亮清爽。

整體感受非常好，交通便利，房間也夠大。自助入住和退房，非常棒。雖然住宿方不提供行李寄放，但博多車站各樓層都有置物櫃可以放行李，推薦機場線出來到B1的角落（有春水堂那層）空的置物櫃非常多。此外，熱水穩定水壓穩定，吹風機風量正常好用。冰箱容量也

후쿠오카 여행
Pros:

아침은 따로 없었고 주변에 현지인도 줄 서서 먹는 우동 맛집이 있었는데 오픈런 때려서 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었고 주변 동네도 주거 구역이어서 조용하고 하카타역에서도 너무 멀지 않아서 좋았다.

Cons:

하카타역 가까운 거 말고는 다른곳 방문 하기엔 좀 거리감이 있지만 후쿠오카 자체가 너무 멀리 퍼져 있지 않아서 좋았다.

綺麗でスッキリとしたお部屋で、落ち着いて過ごせました。
Pros:

チェックインやチェックアウトが最新で早い
洗濯機や浴室乾燥もあって良かった

Cons:

粉コーヒーやティーバックや水などのサービスがあると嬉しいです。
尚、ハンガーの他に洗濯を吊るす物があると助かると思います。

Pros:

房間很大，可以打開三個28吋行李箱，廚房設備與洗衣設備及備品充足，床及枕頭都很舒服，冷氣很冷。附近有烏龍及拉麵、全家便利商站，走路5分鐘有一間小超市。

Cons:

除了離車站稍微遠一點外，沒有其他缺點。

Pros:

The room is big and has two toilets.
The kitchen is clean with all the basic utensils.
There are towels and beddings, garbage bags at 1/F for hotel guest to use. There are also some board game for rental at 1/F.

Cons:

There is no cleansing arranged during our 7-day stay.
It is also quite far away from Hakata station.

Great value
Pros:

Spacious room for family. Though unmanned hotel, there were detailed communication on check in and check out procedures. If I had questions they were promptly answered as well. There’s a washing machine in the room but no dryer. You have to use the bathroom to dry your laundry.

Cons:

It’s not that close to Hakata station. Unfortunately when we were there, there was construction going on next door and it was very noisy.
