Parkplatz, Zentral, Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Wollte um 11.30 schon mal Anmelden, so daß ich später schon Zimmer habe und alles erledigt ist weil weitere Termine an dem Tag angestanden haben. Mitarbeiterin sehr Unfreundlich, habe sowas bei B&B noch nie erlebt da ich dort auch Geschäftlich immer Buche. Ab jetzt nicht mehr!!! Sollte um 17.00 Uhr nochmal kommen zum Check in....

Helpful staff and high quality breakfast
Pros:

Great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond—when our booked room types weren’t available next to each other, they proactivity looked for other types so we could stay side by side.
They also kindly provided cutlery and plates when we brought our own food.
Breakfast was excellent—standard selection but very high quality. Highly recommend!

Guter Service. Gute Lage als Anbindung für Flüge ab Köln-Bonn. Essen und Trinken in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nachts noch ein Getränk möglich aus dem Automaten an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer hatte einen übel lauten Lüfter um Bad.

Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof mit direkter Verbindung nach Köln. Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel.

Cons:

Nur ein einziger Check-in Automat mit verbesserungswürdiger Menüführung. Kein Personal in Sicht an einem Samstagnachmittag.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Check-in, späte Möglichkeit zum Check-out.

Cons:

Die Luft im gesamten Hotel war trocken und roch unangenehm. Das hat den Aufenthalt deutlich unangenehmer gemacht.

Hatte nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstop auf dem Weg zum Flughafen. Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof, easy Check-in und aus , sehr nettes Personal. Alles Top! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Zimmergröße gut, Betten bequem, Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer groß.

Cons:
