visiting from America. Off course the language barrier was a bit difficult. There is no actual person at the ‘front desk’ to check in. only a kiosk (that’s in Korean). I finally got in touch with someone in the phone by the kiosk, to ask about early check in (which was an option on the website). I pretty much had to pay for an additional day to check in early so I can drive my duffle bag off.
The next morning I woke up to a stranger trying to get in my room! he started banging on my wall at 6am! no one did anything to help me. I immediately got my things (didn’t even shower) and booked a room at the hyatt where I felt safe and was much more comfortable. If you are traveling alone please do no book a stay here.

仁川周辺ではお勧めできます｡

仁川空港から1駅､金浦空港からも1本で来れます､駅からは少し歩きます､無人カウンターでのチャックインで少し心配はありましたが､キヨスクに日本表示がありますので心配はいりませんでした､部屋は､基本 Shine Hotelと同様で
部屋に洗濯機(乾燥機無)があります､部屋はきれいで問題はないかと思いますがこの時期 エアコンの効き悪く設定で暖房設定は無いように思えました､ 自動で最高温度にしていましたが全く暖かくなりませんでした､表示はハングルで良くは分かりませんでしたがそれ以外は問題はありません､駅周辺はホテル側は以前に比べれば､お店も増えましたが､まだ ホテルと反対側にお店が多数あります｡

역에서 도보 10분이었는데 다음날 해외갈 일때문에 25인치 캐리어 끌고는 힘들었어요 차라리 택시 이용하는게 나아요
주변에 식당이 많아서 배달도 꽤 많이 오는데 오피스텔 일부만 호텔을 이용하는거라 주민들도 있었어요 엘베가 2대뿐이라 기다리는거 감안해야되고요
건물 1,2층에는 편의점과 무인커피집이 있어요

Creepy place. Was about to use the stove stop when a guy on the PA notified be that I would be charged. Pretty sure they got hidden cameras in this place.

下にコンビニがあるので何回も使いました。とても便利です。部屋は清潔ですが、バスルームが少しにおいました。チェックインの機械は日本語にできるのでよかったです。テレビも大きく、Youtubeが見れるので良かったです。駅から近そうですが、坂が結構あり、少し大変でした。
