Clean, quiet, room was perfect size for traveling with our baby and all the baby stuff

Pros:

The air conditioning worked amazingly (which is a super important feature in July!). The room was very big and cozy and had everything we needed. Service was wonderful, too. And if you're looking for a great steak restaurant while you're in town, check out Sullivan's. Amazing food, not far from the hotel!

Not bad but what about the dogs?
Pros:

We liked the layout of the room and the availability of EV chargers.

Cons:

I am not sure how pets are being handled at this hotel. We saw a lot of dogs with their owners staying there.
One would expect that there are multiple dedicated rooms only given to pet owners, or last when it fills up to capacity.

Ok but has some positives
Pros:

We stayed here one night on route to another destination. Generally a good hotel for such a trip disappointments that put this at less than five stars was due to the front desk staff not courteous and understanding upon arriving late. We had an issue with the room and just simply wanted to change rooms and we felt like they were put out with us. Also disappointing was that the rooms did not have updates resulting in damaged and dirty interior. See the picture of the bathroom door for example that didn’t even close properly and was broken. There were some good points with this hotel, which included a very nice family, friendly breakfast with choices and novel offerings, which I have not seen elsewhere such as a pancake maker and farm fresh yogurt, parfait maker! The breakfast area was spacious and accommodated the guest quite well. Another positive for the hotel was its location. It is not far from restaurants and shopping if you need anything while you’re traveling. Overall, a solid three star hotel, because it did not really meet expectations. This one would write higher if the staff were better trained on customer service and the facilities had updates. For a one night, family stay it’s a good choice, but keep in mind even though it says suites. It is still a small room.

Awesome in so many ways. Comfortable, clean, updated, affordable rates, great breakfast, lots of parking area, the staff is so accommodating and pleasant to mention just a few reasons I highly recommend the Home2 Suites by Hilton North Little Rock .
