Wonderful stay with lovely warm friendly staff
Pros:

We loved everything about the place. We loved the staff , they were so kind , welcoming and helpful. We loved the food especially the Turkish breakfast. We loved the outside area and all the space we had in our lovely room

Sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhafter Anlage und superlieben Personal – wirkt wie ein Familienbetrieb, was es besonders charmant macht. Ins Zentrum sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, einfach perfekt. Das Serpme Kahvaltı gibt es gegen Aufpreis, war aber absolut top. Einziger Wunsch: Die Zimmerbeleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein. 🌸✨

Çift olarak gittik. odaya ilk girdiğimizde asla tuttuğum fotoğraflarla ilgisi olmayan bir odayla karşılaştım. Havuz manzaralı olarak tuttuğumuz oda en dipte ve diğerleriyle ilgisi olmayan farklı bir odaydı. Baktığında evet havuz manzaralı ama camdan çıkıp kendinizi zorlarsanız görebilirsiniz. 2.günden sonra değiştirebileceklerini söylediler ama bizim için bir şey değişmezdi 4 günlük bir tatildi. En başta bu odanın havuz manzaralı olarak verilmemesi gerekiyor. Gitmeden önce arayıp teyit almanızı öneririm. Odaya girdiğimizde örtülerin lekeli olduğunu farkettik. Değiştirmelerini söyledik ve gelip değiştirdiler. bu konuda teşekkür ederim ama bunun önceden kontrol edilmesi gerekiyordu. Temizlik ilk günden sonra yapılmıyor. Odanın görünümü genel olarak kirliydi. 3. gün sadece çarşaf değişimi talep ediyorsunuz. Duş başlığıyla araba yıkasanız araba zarar görebilir öyle eski bir duş başlığı. 2. gün odamıza su istemek için aradığımızda da bize sadece ilk gün ikram diğer günler ücretli olduğunu söylediler. sebebi de avrupanın her yerinde böyleymiş :) avrupanın hizmetini istesek avrupaya giderdik. Çalışan arkadaşlar ilgili ve nazikti kahvaltısı ortalama bir kahvaltı. Genel olarak bu zamana kadar gittiğim oteller arasında temizliği ve tavırlarından en memnun kalmadığım bir oteldi.

Ένα πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικό σημείο στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης! Κατάλληλο για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση στο υπέροχο περιβάλλον του με την πεντακάθαρη με κρυστάλλινα νερά πισίνα! Πρωινό με ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις! Ιδιοκτήτες και προσωπικό πάντα δίπλα στον πελάτη και τις ανάγκες του με προθυμία και χαμόγελο! Ιδιαίτερη παρουσία η γλυκιά, όμορφη και χαμογελαστή κοπέλα που φροντίζει να μη λείπει τίποτα από το μπουφέ του πρωινού! Το πιο κατάλληλο ξενοδοχείο για τον επισκέπτη της Πόλης Alacati!

L’emplacement est excellent . La piscine agréable. L’établissement joli et la chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

La salle de bain qui est très petite et vite inondée .
L’absence de draps et de couverture( juste le drap du lit et une petite couverture type dessus de lit) .
Pas de ménage fait pendant 3 jours.
