Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Lack of coffee/tea facilities and coffee machine in reception broken and was told only getting fixed next week. No table or anything to put stuff on in room.
A very clean, comfortable room, friendly staff.

Just one niggle, it mentioned that there was no tea & coffee facilities in the room but the tea & coffee vending machine was out of order, so rather disappointing.
The property is clean and close to the city centre.
For all the days that I was there they never once cleaned my room or changed my sheets. I was told at check-out that I had to pay for that. I thought housekeeping was something that most hotels did for free.

Cheap rooms but they do the work! Nice bed, great facilities and, of course, lovely staff.
A bit faraway from the city center, 25ish minutes walk, but I can't complain when you got quality with a price like that.
