My room i could not close window ?
On the night it was very cold i waited in room in the cold waiting on staff.
Eventually at 10 at night moved me to another room that had not been cleaned.
Bed was just dressed by staff.
In this room I did not have key.
I allways stay here when IN Dublin.
I allways found it very good but this time it was a nightmare. U

Very noisy. Our room was on a lover ground floor, every sound on the street was heard. Cold there as well. No hot dishes for breakfast.
