Clean, kind but don’t count on breakfast
Pros:

Clean hotel, kind staff. Don’t count on the free breakfast. Food and coffee were always gone and we came at the start and the middle of the offering time, just to see if one time was better than the other. We were lucky to get some dry, scrambled eggs and there was never any half and half. They did refill some items, but you had to wait a long time for them. Just flavored creamers. They would put it out if you asked. They asked us to try their lunch or dinner. A better breakfast would have temped me to try. Asked for extra towels that never came. There were only two of us in the room. Room was huge and very clean. I would stay here again but make plans for breakfast elsewhere.

Decent rooms excellent hosts
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean room.

Cons:

Skip the deli food at the bar! Also breakfast bar was out of utensils, dishes and several menu items at 8:30 am.

Pros:

I was charged a rate higher than I had agreed to for my stay, and the increase from the agreed rate was not discussed with me when I signed my check-in document. In following up with hotel staff after I saw the charge on my account, I learned that my state government ID would no longer be an option for the government rate. While this policy is not an issue, the lack of communication was concerning, as was the increase in the rate charged without mentioning it to me.

Not world class amenities like Hyatt boast. Don’t waste your money. Regrets.
Pros:

Good location, breakfast and as surprisingly great!!

Cons:

The pull-out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting & unusable. The night host “couldn’t” do anything about it. She said they couldn’t swap the mattress with another one and there was no housekeeping in house so they couldn’t change our room. I went online with Hyatt to give some feedback about it, so the manager called me the next day. She was rude & insisted there was nothing wrong with the mattress & refused to do anything from a customer service standpoint to help. Also, the pool has zero lighting so even though they are open until 10pm, it’s very very dark & unsafe.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

This is a very nice location. Housekeeping is great. Room is modern with a great shower. Typical Hyatt breakfast but nice to get a hot breakfast included with a stay.
